Greenlite Movers

They arrived a bit late due to a GPS problem with the address (not their fault). Met two hard working guys who were sociable and easy to work with. We completed the initial load in an hour then stopped at a storage unit to pick up some additional items. Finally unloaded at our new location. Total time was 3 hours. Very productive!

The guys were outstanding! The arrived promptly, were courteous, and finished the job as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Greenlite Movers.

From initial telephone contact, to actual Move, Mr. Steven Keblin (Owner), and his Staff were professional, respectful, courteous, friendly, and patent. As former Military, having experienced some Nightmare Moves, I was very cautious about moving after accumulating 16 years of household items. Steven explained the entire Moving process, the Basics and estimated costs for manpower and man-hours. While normally an inventory of items is performed online, realizing my concerns (especially Damages to non-replaceable items as has happened in the past), Steven sent Derek, a Moving Team Leader to evaluate my needs onsite . Derek was excellent, spending precious time assessing everything. With my previous unpleasant experiences, Derek agreed to add a third man to his Team. In the end, a 3-man Team was more effective and efficient. The Team Members included Derek, Gary & Chris. This expert Crew was so efficient and methodical, it was a pleasure to watch as they carefully prepared and wrapped all my furniture and boxed items. Throughout the Move, they were always friendly, positive, and accommodating. Finally, with all items safely in my new abode, there was no unpleasant surprises: No Damages, credit was given for a short timeout en-route, and the final cost was very reasonable. I have recommended their services to some friends. Greenlite Moving Rocks!

Derek, Chris and Gary did a great job. They were like a well oiled machine. Everyone knew what they were doing and just went about doing it. Lots of glass showcases and no glass was damaged. Moving blankets were placed around everything. I had a showcase that was missing some glass and was very fragile as a result; I just wanted to use it as storage. They placed shrink wrapping around it and kept everything secure. They finished the job in less time than I expected. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

This is the 4th time we have used Greenlite Movers and we are never disappointed by the level of service and terrific crew.

Best movers I have ever worked with! They helped move my neighbor's furniture from her house to an assisted living facility. We had short notice of when the move had to happen and they came thru. So very professional and helpful. Derek and his team did the moving. Steve set up the move and everything went super smooth.

Very professional, on-time and friendly. They were very careful with my items, making sure everything was moved with care. I've used Greenlite movers twice and would definitely do so again.

These guys were great. We moved in 3 stages and they did them all. We moved from a one story to a three story and it was not easy! The guys were great and and had a “nothing is impossible” attitude. I strongly recommend them!

The move went very well. The team was responsive and careful with our belongings. I hired them again to move from the apartment to my new home. Where I hope to stay for many years! I highly recommend using Greenlite Movers!

The service was excellent. Neat, clean and on time.

The team called when they were on the way and arrived a few minutes early. They handled all of our furniture and belongings with care. They even went above and beyond by making an extra trip to take a bunch of donations to Goodwill for us. We had purchased the "$295 for a 26 Foot Moving Truck and a 2 Man Crew for 3 Hours" deal and only went over by about an hour and a half.

Derek and Leonard were prompt, professional, courteous, hard-working, very accommodating, and exceeded my expectations. I would hire them again.

They wouldn’t even give me a quote. I called at 5:45 on Tuesday 10/17. I explained I wanted a quote. Big Sigh like I was truly bothering him so late in the day. His name was Steven. I said I needed a quote. He first question was “ how many bedrooms and total rooms”. Did that mean rooms of furniture I was moving into of rooms of furniture needing to be moved? When I started to explain we were in a storage facility and moving into a smaller house, he cut me off and said he’d send me a questionairre and then send me a quote. I explained to him I had done that in the past and then while the movers were on the job they told me I hadn’t told them this or that on the questinairre so they’d have to charge me more. So guess what? Steven said, okay sorry. Good luck and he hung up. This company could care less about you or thus horribly stressful move they tout to understand. Don’t ever use this company. I believe you’ll be very unhappy. They have a horrible work ethic.

Although, due to health and technical issues, we did not use their services, (I finally needed to cancel altogether after several months of planning; my fault/my bad) However, Steve was very accommodating about our changing needs, and went above and beyond trying make it work. I would recommend Greenlight to anyone looking for an understanding, roll with the punches team.

It could not have gone better. When I called and was asked where I got their name from and responded Angie's List, Steven offered two different coupons that were then available. After a brief discussion of my move, he recommended the less expensive of the two. On the day of the move, "Derek" and "Leonard" arrived 10 minutes early. I showed them what furniture had to be moved, and where of the two location everything was going. Suffice it to say that they were both courtesy and very professional in how they prepared each piece for loading. Loading and unloading were completed without a problem. Both my wife wife and I were available throughout the process to answer the few questions that did come up which seemed to be helpful to us all. I would not hesitate a moment to recommend Greenlite to anyone in need of moving assistance.

A week after our written acknowledgement that we decided to hire them, I called and emailed to ask more details, understand how the move will actually occur, etc. Steven (the owner) became very curt, and told me that he will call the next morning with the details. Part of my questions was that his email included a comment that since major truck rental companies like Allied, etc. are in a slow season, there could be some significant savings to be made. Never got a call back the next morning, and when I called in the afternoon to ask for Steven, he was "in the storage" and could only leave a message. The next morning I received an email from Steven, that they decided not to take my project!!! This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever encountered from a service company. Not only we were left with having to start from the beginning in hiring another moving company, we lost precious time in doing so.

They were excellent. It was just good service.

Perfect, they were awesome and I would hire again.

This is the 3rd time we have used Greenlite and it always a pleasure.

These guys ended up doing more work than anticipated. That was due to the local Uhaul location not returning my calls to get the pods delivered in a manner that the condo would allow. They unloaded the pods in the Uhaul location then moved me into the condo. They were 2 guys and were absolutely great. Later, I stupidly hired another company to move me from that condo to my new home. 3 guys that was suppose to go very fast. Well they ended up being very slow where I did not get my move done in the time of the elevator schedule. Called Greenday and they bailed me out as I had to perform 2 moves. They also did it for a lot less. Never bite on 3 movers. They don't get the job done.

I told them everything we had and it ended up not all fitting in the truck they had and we ended up having to make another trip. They were easy to communicate with and were there on time. They did brake a table and a chase lounge. They sent three people for the work.

They didn't brake anything and we didn't go over on the quote or anything.
