Greenlite Movers

My Son was moving into a college apartment and we needed to move furniture from our home to furnish it. The three movers were professional and friendly, showed up on time and did a great job. The apartment was a third floor walk-up in an old building with very narrow staircases. How they got some of the items up is still a mystery, but they did it quickly with no damage. A good service provider. We will get a quote from them for another planned move.

The move was seamless. The owner,Steve, is friendly, responsive and very accommodating. We used Greenlite for a prior local move and wanted to use them again for a move of about 100 miles. Even though this was outside of their area,Steve made a deal and accommodated us. The guys were fast, prompt and careful ? everything you want in movers. Our crew was Caleb, Greg and Mike. Very professional and hard-working. Could not recommend more highly.

Purchased the deal online because I was moving my mother to another ALF. Was contacted by Stephen shortly thereafter and we set a date and time that was convenient for both. Received a phone call the morning of the move to let me know that they were on their way. Greg and Nick showed up and did a fantastic job moving all my mother's furniture and about 13 boxes out of her apt. and into her new apt. Nothing was broken. Everything arrived in one piece. They placed everything where I told them to. The entire move took about 1 3/4 hours. Will definitely use Greenlite again for a local move and will recommend to my friends.

I had all of my stuff neatly packed and ready to go, some furniture and chairs needed to be wrapped in blankets. They were very careful with all of my belongings and nothing was damaged, they packed the truck very well but spent a lot of time doing it, the truck was about 75-90% full. Unpacking was the biggest problem, it ended up raining so they couldn't unpack for a while, I wanted them to back the truck up to the landing of my house, but they wouldn't in fear of damaging the truck on the curb. Which in hindsight, I should have got some small bricks as ramps and done this anyway, it would have saved over an hour unpacking, and we could have unpacked without worry of the rain since it would have been fully covered. Due to the rain everything had to be moved to a dry dolly before entering the house, at first they said they could simply come back tomorrow when it was dry, but after contacting HQ they shot that down once they realized they wouldn't make any money with all of the extra time and cost of driving back out again, which I can understand, but I basically had no choice but to unpack in the rain, which caused the unpack to go over an hour over, which cost me an extra $150.

I had a 10 by 10 storage unit since 2002. Stacked to the top and with heavy boxes full of books and furniture. When there was glass, they would take the glass our of the furniture piece, wrap the glass and tape it. If a box was weathered, they replaced the box with one of their own at their expense. Bill, Greg and Caleb each had their own responsibility and they were diligent, efficient and cordial. When they arrived at my home, they asked where I wanted to place each piece. They follow your instructions. I had this special parsons table that they all loved and they took extra care not to damage this piece. A totally professional crew at each level. John Lelekis

They were okay. We were moving about a quarter mile away and they spent the entire three hours wrapping everything like we were moving cross country so that made it go over time and still ended up damaging a few things, which then they took some of the price off and didn't charge us for that but we wouldn't have had to go over time if they hadn't been wrapping like crazy. They did what they could to rectify the situation.

We're upset. It went from $275 to over $2000. They should have better communication. When I actually emailed the guy who owns the company, he should have talked to me physically on the phone. He sent two men and a truck. It was a nightmare. We need more guys over. It was a townhouse so it was very hard to angle the furniture from upstairs to downstairs. They should have reconfirmed it. His wife came over. A couple of things got damaged. We're moved for a mile. It was screwed up on their end. We're very unsatisfied and unhappy.

They did a great jump wrapping the furniture to avoid damage.

The move went great. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and everything went great. This is the second time I have used Greenlite Movers and will use them again if I am in need of a mover.

They did a great job. They were on time and moved things quickly. They also took great precaution as far as covering our belongings to prevent damages. They had a great attitude despite having to go up and down stairs repeatedly and the fact it was raining!

Went well. Crew was pleasant to work with. Minor damages worked out with owner with no problem. Overall good job.

Caleb and his Team were great. On-time, polite, and hard working. We purchased 3 hours of moving and used 4 hours so had to pay a little extra. No issue. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Greenlite Movers were friendly and professional and worked with my tricky schedule to try to make the move happen as conveniently as possible. Wires got a little crossed about available times on the moving day, but I have no complaints about the work. Everything was handled carefully (this was the first time nothing broke in a move!) and was placed just where I wanted/needed it in the new house. I would happily use them for future moves.

The 3 movers were on time and worked hard. We feel like the deal was a little misleading in that we endd up paying an extra $900 when it was all said and done. We didnt expect it to take that long and would have appreicated a better estimate of that when they arrived.

Steven was great to work with from the first moment. He put my mind at ease regarding all the things that could go wrong with the closing on my new home and worked with me on the timing of the move. He suggested to me that I use the Angie's List coupon to save money and sent me a great crew led by Caleb. I highly recommend!

After seeing the 3 men, 26' truck, 3 hour deal on AL, I called to discuss availability because I was hoping to move on a Sunday. Steven was very polite and flexible with the schedule to accommodate my desire to move on Sunday. I purchased the deal on Angie's List and got a confirmation call and email. Saturday, the night before my move, I got an email about a small delay & they would call me to discuss the new ETA first thing in the morning. Debbie was very nice and apologized for the delay. She explained they got delayed by weather at the job the night before and just had to finish up, it wouldn't take long. No problem, the guys called shortly thereafter and said they were on the way. They started at 10:15. They were polite, introduced themselves, discussed what was versus what wasn't being moved, and began. They took care to wrap and protect everything as best they could. They didn't complain about moving off the 3rd floor. They didn't complain about a stop at a storage unit before the final destination. They didn't slack off or try to drag out the clock at all. They hustled to get my move done in the 3 hours. We only went 15 minutes over. I'd most definitely use these guys again and would certainly recommend them.

Guys were great. They showed up on time and didn't start the clock until they got the truck moved to the side of the building that was best for loading. Did a great job loading everything. Finished on time even thought they had to back down a long tight muddy drive to the house. Would definitely use again.

They were very lovely people, they got everything done in time. They were polite, professional, courteous and very helpful. I would recommend them.

Steven set up the move and was very proffesional. The crew ( Elliot, Alex, and Stephen) were punctual, polite, and proficient! The job was done quickly and efficiently. Steven went out of his way to help us and his genorosity is greatly appreaciated. Greenlite will be my go to mover from now on!

The guys were punctual, friendly, courteous, professional and they treated our belongings with good care. They were however a-little slow in loading up the truck, we didn't expect to pay nearly double the deal we had originally signed up for, especially as we only moved 2.5 miles away and it only took 1 truck load. The entire job took just under 5 hours. To help better judge the size of the job perhaps there should be some form of on-line guide or better still a visit by the moving company to size up the job in advance. That said, i would use this company again, overall the experience was good.

Overall it went well. The crew worked hard and were a lot of fun to work with. I would definitely us Greenlite again. The only issue I had and didn't notice until the crew had left was the fact that they could've packed my 10X20' storage unit in a more uniform matter. Half way through it looked as though they got frustrated or tired and the neatness was tossed by the wayside. As I stated earlier, overall, I would use them again with a bit more supervision on the tail end from me...lol.

They did a great job. No problems at all. Seemed concerned about the care of items and positioned (and re-positioned) items in new home as requested. Did not request the set up of any beds, etc. - just moved them.

Showed up on time, all 3 were very professional. Moved everything, broke down beds and reassembled. Done in half the time slotted!
