Greenlite Movers

This was the best moving experience I've ever had. I was contacted the day before to confirm the beginning move time and again the day of the move to let me know that they were on the way. The three man crew was professional and courteous. All my furniture was wrapped in furniture pads and great care was taken to ensure that there was no damage to anything. They worked quickly and efficiently. I would use them again for any move.

The crew arrived a little later than scheduled. HOWEVER, they called and explained the delay. They finished the job in a very timely manner and took great care to follow my requests to the letter. Never had such a poor experience with a mover. Total con job on the hours. The furniture definitely would have fit. They left 2 pieces that would have fit on the truck so they could come back and charge me 2 more hours. We did not move any boxes on the truck because we were taken them to another storage unit. Extremely poor loading of items on the truck. Extremely slow wrapping each piece of furniture. Poster child for "milking the clock" I am canceling my subscription to Angie's List. This is the 2nd poor experience I have had.

I couldn't have been happier with Greenlite. First, I had a special request to pick up a desk from a Consignment Shop before the day of the move. Steven set up the pick up for a few days before the move so the desk would be on the truck when they got to my apartment on the day of the move. Chad called and confirmed all the details of both the special pick up and the move itself. They were on time the morning of the move. I hired them for three hours and did what I could to help keep it to the three hours. The crew was polite and professional. They worked efficiently and were done with the move within the 3 hour time frame. I absolutely would recommend Greenlite and already have to one of my neighbors.

Every move I have made with Greenlite Movers has been great. I have not experienced problems with any breakage of items. The movers have used utmost caution with my belongings...both in my personal house moves...and with my church belongings. I have NO complaints. I am also a realtor....not just a pastor. I always recommend Greenlite Movers to all my clients looking for a dependable, considerate and trustworthy mover. I have not had complaints from my real estate clients concerning their moves with Greenlite.. In fact, it is just the opposite. I get calls from some friends of my clients asking for the phone number and/or email of Greenlite for their particular move. All in all, every move I have made with Greenlite...and that is probably 6 or 7 throughout the recent years, has been just great. I highly recommend this moving company.

Everything went very well. Movers were professional and prompt. They moved at lightening speed and made sure everything was loaded into the truck so that items could be unloaded at various locations. Great care was taken to ensure no damage to items. When unloading at the storage unit, they made sure the boxes were arranged so that they could be accessed easily.

They were prompt, professional and courteous; however, one Crystal glass got broken during packing by accident. They moved quite quickly until the super left. Thought I was going to be within my contracted time frame, but after the super left, it took the remaining guys almost as much time to pack out about 1/4 - 1/3 as much so the entire job actually took a little over twice as long.

This service did all that they agreed to do. The movers were polite and professional. They moved all my property without breaking a single item within the 3 hour window. I would use them again but I hope not too soon, I hate moving

It went well. I think I paid $40 more than the big deal cost for additional work.

Owner just threatened my life because I told the truth. 1. Didn't put furniture back together has to ask. 2 put it together wrong. 3 had another persons boxes on the truck and confused mine with there's. 4. Just piled stuff every where. 5. Has to throw food away because boxes marked kitchen didn't go to the kitchen.

These guys were fantastic!!!! There is no way anyone could say anything bad. The team arrived as scheduled. Just by looking they gave an estimate on time and it was dead on. Each item was wrapped and banded on the truck. Travel time was very short. Not only was the furniture properly placed in the new house,but they even put things back together. I cannot say enough!!! Will definitely use in the future.

Packed moving van by delivery stages. Packed an antique chest so that the glass would be protected. Unassembled a crib and assembled a bed. Delivered and moved all furniture carefully.

Steven was amazing at handling what could have been a disastrous situation. Due to a typo, my moving was scheduled on the wrong date. I didn't notice until the day of my intended move. I contacted Steven, and he was able to find me a truck and movers and get me moved out just a few hours later on the same day. This was also at the end of the month, when I'm sure they were already super busy! The team was very nice and careful with my things and the move went smoothly otherwise. Steven is so kind and really wants the customer to be happy. I would use Greenlite again anytime.

It was raining in the morning when they first came, so they took every effort to protect the furniture from getting wet. They managed to fit all our things in one truck and unload was quick. They had another job later that day, so they sent another helper to unload.All in all they did a good job. Everything arrived at our new home intact.

GREENLITE was absolutely wonderful! After a very stressful situation with my first contract on a condo fell thru, I was in a frenzy to find a new home (and my lease on my previous townhouse was ending and could not be extended). STEPHEN was EXTREMELY understanding and worked with me on all of my date changes and options. STEPHEN is not only a true professional in the moving business, but also helped me feel more comfortable and less stressed about the whole situation. Originally, we had gotten a POD because we liked the idea of moving slowly, but soon found out how cumbersome that option was and there was NO way all of our things (2 bedroom townhouse) would fit into the largest single POD. We ended up putting as much of our things as possible in the POD, but for the heavier items, which were also our most important items (like our new, electric, expensive, leather living room set) for movers. GREENLITE WAS PHENOMENAL!!! They not only took special care of the items they were moving (padded and wrapped them perfectly), but they also unloaded our ENTIRE POD for us! The guys (CHRIS, GREG, and CALOB) are some SERIOUSLY HARD WORKERS!!!! We had stairs in our old townhouse and 2 sets of stairs in our new townhouse (and as I said earlier, there were some REALLY HEAVY) items! While I will NEVER use a POD again, if I ever need movers, GREENLITE will be my FIRST call! I HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you Steve and your whole team!

The move went smooth but, the owners employee's were unprofessional, and I would never use them again. It took them two days to do the job and it was a matter of four to six hours. It cost me almost $2000 and it should have been less than $800. I wouldn't recommend them. As far as being courteous, nice, and showing up on time that was an "A+". The move itself didn't go smooth. I hired them to do a lot of packing and they didn't use common sense like plastic containers wrapped in five pieces of newspaper. It was time consuming and they did a lot of things that were time consuming. They overcharged me. I'm missing a lot of things. They didn't come back the second day when they said they would. I had boxes in the hallway that were disruptive to the neighbors, they were upset. It took them two days to come back. The owner was on top of it all, the movers were condescending, and acted like they were doing me a favor.

Professional, Quick and Careful.

GREAT! We had previously used Greenlite to move my son into a new apartment and had a very positive experience (See previous review). The crew showed up on time, were professional and moved our items without any damage. Two out of the three movers had worked on our previous job. All of our furniture and other items were thoroughly wrapped in moving blankets for protection. The movers were good at both ends both in terms of packing and unpacking. Furniture had to be moved around a bit at the new house to suit our needs. The team did it until things were where they needed to be. Great company to work with and highly recommended. They suited our needs perfectly as it was a short move and we were willing to pack and move many of the small items ourselves.

Excellent! Probably the best moving experience I have had and I have moved across country twice and about 6 times in Tampa & Charlotte. They are well priced, honest, hard working and truly make the moving experience as good as it can possibly be.

Crew worked quickly and efficiently. All wooden furniture was covered in blankets for protection. The owner, Steve, is excellent; super responsive and caring. Would use again and recommend to anyone else.

We purchased a pre-paid deal through Angie's List for Greenlite Movers. They were great! We received a courtesy call before the move and also were given a 15 minute heads up before they arrived at our old house. The big thing is that they did a great job of setting expectations as there were no surprises. They showed up with 3 guys in a 26 ft truck just like I purchased. All three were dressed professionally in company shirts and introduced themselves: Caleb, Greg, and Mike. We stayed on a first name basis the whole move. The one thing I didn't budget for in the allotted 3 hours (which I really wanted to stay under so I didn't have to spend any extra money or time) was that they very carefully wrapped all the furniture in moving blankets and shrink wrap. As well as laid out a drop cloth over the carpet. Yes, I know that it is common sense, but the last time I hired movers they just threw the stuff in a truck! Even still, they completed the move 1 hour early! Kudos to Steven and his three man wonder crew of Caleb, Greg, and Mike. (Be sure to ask for them by name!) The other thing I liked was that they all had personalities. You can tell that they were having what fun they could and were fun to be around. It means something to mean when people are showing to the customer that they enjoy what they do. Clean, fast, efficient, and professional people. I highly recommend using Greenlite! When we are finished renovating our upstairs, I will call them to help me move again! Cheers to Steven and his crew! Thanks again!
