Greenlite Movers

Arrived on time and ready to work. Very nice and easy going crew. Horrible weather and never stopped or complained. Only issue which is to be expected was a tiny ding on the wall of my stairs which they agreed to repair with no hassle at all. I honestly would expect an occasional ding or stuff like that to happen given some of the larger items being carried down tight stairs etc.

It went well they did a great job taking care of our stuff , moving it and putting it back together.

I can't say enough about these guys!! They were absolutely amazing, and completely took the stress out of our move! First off we were located on the third floor of our apartment building, with no elevator, and to top it off we picked the one day of the week where it was raining like crazy to move. The team showed up earlier than expected and got straight to work hauling our giant furniture, most of which was very heavy solid wood, down to the truck. They wrapped everything really well and I was very very impressed with how quickly they got everything out. Originally we planned on having them move just the furniture and not the boxes, so that we wouldn't go over the three hours, but these guys worked so quickly that we were able to have them take everything! Greenlight movers took all the stress out of our move and I can't recommend them enough! They have a customer for life!

Exceptional! They were very flexible regarding the start time that I needed. Steve is an example of someone that cares about customer service, and has hired and trained his employees to perform at a very high level. They work hard are professional and want to do a good job. I have used movers six times and I have never had better customer service, agreed upon pricing and great follow thru. I will use them again.

Wonderful. The movers were very respectful and really cared about what they were doing. I closed on the house at 10:00 a.m. and was fully moved in by 2:30 p.m. The move transaction was smooth as glass. I could not have been more happier!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

I've moved many times in my life and always done it myself because I've heard so many horror stories. I decided to go on Angie's list to look at reviews and hire movers. I made the best choice hiring Greenlite Movers!!! I had no idea where to begin but Steve was so helpful and honest about what I was looking at in terms of price and time. Today Coach, Dennis and Cory showed up before I was ready for them but they worked with me and were so nice and helpful I felt like I was in great hands. They were fast and so kind. If you need to hire movers....Hire Greenlite!!!!

These guys were great!!! they worked hard and got the job done. Steven Keblin was great and worked with me to get the best deal for the work I needed to get performed. i would highly recommend using this moving company for your next move.

The experience was great.The company had good communication and the movers were punctual.The movers were also very friendly,hard workng, and accommodating to our needs. They also bought an extra man with no additional charge.I would recommend using this company.

Angie's List created a problem by not confirming Greenlite's availability before requiring payment. Unfortunately, I needed them on Saturday 5/28 and Greenlite was totally booked. (I had no advance knowledge of this; it's a problem with Angie's List...) Because Greenlite works so hard for its solid reputation for high quality and excellent service, they scheduled a team to work with me on Sunday. That was SUCH a relief as the 18-year old urgently needed to be out of her current living situation and in a more permanent one. The team arrived punctually and began the move. It was a challenging one, made more difficult by said 18-year old. Moving is a hectic, hassle-filled time, and my move was no different. I'm a repeat Greenlite customer, so knew how they worked and did my best to organize the move. I ran into some challenges with one of the team members, but the Greenlite owners were on top of the situation and went above and beyond to resolve and rectify the situation. The team had to move the things that would go into storage out of my apartment, then pick up the 18-year old's things from storage, move most of them into my apartment, and bring the rest with my things into storage. There was a lot of driving, moving things between locations, and organizing everywhere. The biggest challenge was in setting up shelves in the U-Haul storage warehouse, and the assistant mover rescued the situation when things got pretty tense. We finished the day with the team working two hours longer than the original Angie's List commitment, but Greenlite's team worked until everything was moved. (One note: if you need to pay for additional hours, there's a credit card surcharge.) I strongly recommend Greenlite. I'll use them again--when I move from this rental into my own apartment, or when I eventually leave Tampa. I gave them straight As because Greenlite works so very hard to provide quality service and goes above and beyond to remedy any problem that the customer experiences during the move. I haven't had any other service provider do that for me, and it means that I can trust that the move WILL go well--every time.

These guys were awesome. They arrived a bit late, due to a previous job taking longer than anticipated.?However, they let me know the status of their arrival several times.? Weather hampered their timeliness.? Chad, Jeff and Sid were wonderful!? They were very careful but extremely speedy.? I would definitely recommend Greenlite Moving to anyone who is looking for a local mover.? I had a horrible experience with a well known mover.? These guys far outperformed any other mover I've used previously!

They arrived ontime. Were extremely professional. Very friendly, efficient, . I had to move my belonging sinto storage, and they arranged everything perfect.

Very well. A 3-man crew was professional, prompt, and extremely nice. They finished the work quickly, came up with good ideas to be able to get to what I needed, and were nice.

This could not have gone more smoothly - the 3 gentlemen movers were prompt, courteous, patient, and very helpful. They finished an hour early, so they stayed to help with some additional placement of boxes. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you for making an always stressful event much easier!

I estimate that I've moved at least six times in the past 12 years - sometimes by employing professional movers, sometimes doing it myself, and even once renting a truck and hiring a separate moving crew to assist me. Among all these moves, Greenlite stands head-and-shoulders above all of their competitors. First, Steven, the company owner and manager, provides incomparable customer service, always personally answering and returning telephone calls, processing requests, and handling any complaints or incidents (of which I had only one - a lawnmower power cable was pulled out of place, and Steven immediately and generously offered a credit to cover the repair). Having moved so many times, I'm well aware that moving is a difficult process, and I've done more damage to my possessions moving them from room to room than Greenlite did in packing, loading and unpacking my entire home contents. I was extremely impressed with Steven's responsiveness to this single and very minor issue, which I feel demonstrates his character and professionalism (it's not whether an issue arises, but how the company deals with it that is the true measure of their attitude toward customer service). Steven also called me following the loading process to ensure that I was pleased with their services, inquire as to whether I had encountered any issues, and demonstrate his dedication to comprehensive customer service. Secondly, the crew was a model of efficiency and effectiveness, from ensuring the safety of my possessions with ample padding and shrink-wrapping to disassembling and reassembling my son's basketball basket apparatus to storing my possessions at a wholly reasonable rate until my new home was ready to receive them. In fact, my fiancee is also scheduled to use Greenlite to move later this month, and we were so impressed by the company and crew we've requested the same group of movers because we know in advance that our possessions will be handled with due care and efficiency. The crew worked effectively as a team, performing tasks individually or cooperatively as necessary, and left the house as clean as could possibly be expected at the completion of their work. When, due to ongoing remodeling work, my house was unready to receive my possessions, Steven worked with me to provide reasonable daily storage until the garage could be cleared, then sent a crew that efficiently unloaded the truck, re-assembled my possessions to the greatest possible extent (some items could not be reassembled due to lack of space in the garage, and used a garage-packing technique that ensured that all items that could be damaged by moisture or garage-floor stains were raised to safe elevations that preclude any problems that might occur from heavy rains or a tropical storm --- a technique that demonstrates foresight, given the unpredictable weather. They also offered to transfer my possessions from the garage to the interior of the home when my fiancee moves, thereby relieving me of that burdensome chore. There's a reason why Greenlite receives so many positive Angie's List reviews, and I experienced these reasons personally. I unhesitatingly recommend Greenlite Movers for any move in their service answers, and I applaud Steven, Chad, Jeff and their to-be-named colleague for their excellence, professionalism, efficiency, and unparalleled customer service. Color me impressed --- I'm very glad I went Green(lite). Thanks to Angie's List, too, for providing the ability to find such quality service providers; your web site enabled me to find this company which I might well have overlooked with a mere Googling of providers, and the value provided by Greenlite has already re-compensated me for my subscription. This move went so smoothly, thanks to the men who came to do our move from Greenlite! They were prompt, checked out what we needed moved and then within 5 minutes, began the move! We had them scheduled for 3 hours and really thought we would need more time. In fact, they finished the work in less than 3 hours! They were courteous, helpful, and knew what they were doing. We had some families from our school come to assist with the move and everyone was impressed with what these men did and how they did it. We will be using them again!

Steve and his crew were professional, courteous, timely, well-priced and very easy to work with. They worked within our timeframe and kept in touch throughout the process. Steve even called after to make sure that we were satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an excellent moving company. I've used other moving companies before, but I have not found one as good. We will use this Greenlite for any future moves!

Service was excellent. The movers (Patrick and Jeff) arrived about 15 minutes ahead of schedule. They were very professional and both had a strong sense of urgency, while at the same time ensuring all of my belongings were wrapped and padded accordingly to prevent damage. The entire move took them less than 3 hours. Next time I move I will definitely be calling Greenlite.

I moved on a day when a horrible storm blew in. I received a call early in the morning to warn me that it might take the crew longer to reach me because of bad road conditions. I really appreciated the update. The crew was still on time despite the storm. The 3 man crew were fast and efficient. I'm a single woman, they made me feel very comfortable. They even allowed me to think about where I wanted to place my furniture and change the placement when I wasn't satisfied. They were also very patient with me, which I appreciated! They were extremely careful with all of my items. Overall they did an awesome job, thank you! I would absolutely, 100% refer this company to anyone. Thank you for making my move easy and seamless even during a terrible storm.

Called Greenlite Movers around 9:15 am on a Wednesday, explained necessary efforts to replace old and heavy mattress in master bedroom with alternate mattress in guest bedroom. (Attempt to resolve severe back problems.) Three man crew first called and then showed up within perhaps two hours. Quickly exchanged mattresses, between the two rooms, all the while friendly, professional, and efficient. Was especially pleased with quick response, and now looking forward to better nights sleep.

This is an excellent company! We bought the 2 men for 3 hours deal. We were concerned the company would go over the 3 hours, but they showed up and went right to work. These guys worked extremely hard and took great care with our belongings. Nothing was damaged! And we did not go over the 3 hours! Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, hard work!

The crew communicated prior to our moving date and again on the morning of our move. They were on time, very professional, and worked quickly to move furnishings from my daughters 3rd floor apt to my condo. They were gracious enough to do some heavy lifting,moving items around in my garage to accomadate my daughters storage items, as well and carefully placing her furnishings within my condo. They even finished up early! I highly recommend this crew and will definitely use them again in the future.
