 + -1 moreThey didn't quite get the job done right the first 2 attempts, so I had to keep going back until they got it right. This business is indoors and full of smoke, I believe in violation of Florida law. It's the owner that smokes indoors, and when I complained to the receptionist, she said she didn't like it either but was powerless to do anything. I had a hard time being in that smoky place, especially when I had to keep going back in to get the order done right. When I finally got the screens, they smelled like cigarette smoke; nothing like having your house smell like a cheap bar or motel. I shampooed every square inch of those screens including frames, rinsed them off, and they still smelled like smoke! Apparently, smoke gets inside the frames. Hopefully, they'll air out one day!
