I have been using their service for 7 years. James has always been the tech to show up, and he has always been excellent. I know when I see him show up that the work will be done right. They go above and beyond. I was so happy that they got me on the schedule today even though they were already busy. That shows me they are loyal to their customers. I also had questions on my A/C which was not related to his plumbing work, and he offered to take a quick look anyway. Again this is above and beyond. I also like that they are a local family owned company. I will always recommend them, and always use them moving forward for my plumbing needs. A big thanks to Gill!! Excellent!!!

Gill to the rescue again! While here I also had him replace the diverter in the tub/shower and now I can get a good night's sleep without having to get out of bed to manually pull the lever up to shut the valve off every time someone needed to flush the toilet. Thanks again guys!

They quoted a fair and accurate price in advance. Worker showed some initiative in figuring out the best way to handle a problem with a cracked flange. Pleasant to work with.

Mr. Gills arrived at the time promised on the phone. He had to climb up to roof and the blockage was snaked out in a short amount of time. I could not ask for better service. Very nice man and very professional.

They replaced both heating elements and thermostats per my request, and fixed the problem. Like previously, they were prompt, professional, courteous and thoroughly cleaned up everything.

I believe it was Don who showed up right when they said and he went to work. We had recently remodeled our bathroom, but when we did, we neglected to notice that the drain pipe in the floor had a defect or chip in the 60 year old drain pipe. This was allowing water to get passed the opening and consequently oak runners had worked their way up to the source of the water as plants do. The tree runners had actually started growing down into the drain pipe which in turn resulted in the slow draining and eventual backup. He removed the invasive runners and added a new collar that eliminated the problem in the future. He reinstalled our toilet, grouted around the base properly and cleaned up everything so we couldn't even tell he had been here. Thanks for the great service! We will be calling Gill Precision Plumbing for all of our future needs.

James, the plumber, came earlier than expected and replaced damaged water pipe. It was a timely repair and came back to solve other plumbing issues.

We noticed a leak in the garage. Thought it was the washing machine but determined it was coming from inside the wall. We opened up the wall board and saw the small leak coming from one of the copper pipes. Every time I have ever needed a plumber I've felt like I was getting ripped off being charged an insane price for the amount of time/work spent. Therefore, I have never found a and quot;go toand quot; plumber and call someone different each time I need something. This time I searched AL and found Gill Plumbing. I called them on a Monday afternoon a little after 2. They did not have an appointment avail until Thursday. That was fine, my leak was slow and could be managed using a bucket for a few days. When I gave her my address she said 'well you are just right around the corner, and this sounds fairly simply since you've already located the leak and opened up the wall, let me call them to see how their schedule is going this afternoon and maybe they can make it by today.' They arrived within 30 minutes. Had the repair completed within an hour. I thought the charge of $84 was very reasonable. I'm very excited that I now have a and quot;go toand quot; plumber!

Everything went smoothly. The father/son team worked well together. They were here for almost one and a half to two hours.

Arrived on time. Work took an hour and a half. Great work at a fair price. Will use again for major remodeling of kitchen and bathrooms coming up later this year.

We had a flood. Water was flooding the bathroom and our bedroom, we had run out of towels to mope it up. We turned the water off but it still had some leakage. I called at 4:15PM and told them I had an emergancy. My husband has a heart condition and could not fix it. They came 30 minutes later and took care of everything. Wonderful man, well use them again.

a lookCalled Don and he was onsite working on our issue in about an hour. Was very courteous and personable. He let me know what he was doing at all times and was very professional. He gave advice how to prevent this from happening in the future.

Arrived at promised time with his son. They worked on problems and repaired fixtures. Cleaned up both areas and we have not had any needed repairs since.

There was about $20,000 worth of damage in our house. They stuck with it until they discovered what the problem was. However they didn't discover it the first time and we had to call them back. When we originally called them they came very quickly and repaired the commode. We had put in new carpet and then it flooded again about a week later. They really worked at it to find out what it was. They ended up putting snakes down everything in the house and they ended up having to go up on the roof. They were very nice and polite people. The price was extremely reasonable the first time they came but we don't know what the price was the second time. They did what they needed to do and they snaked the system and found a blockage but there was more. We had all thought it was fixed. We think part of it was the commode because we had problems with it before. They came right back. They were very good and very clean. They put things down and put things on their feet. We liked them and would probably use them again.

We haven't decided what we are going to do because we really didn't want them to tear up the whole floor to replace that one section. They did a good job; they did patch it so it is okay but we will have to do something with it in the future. They were very economical. It is a father and son thing. They were on time when they said they would be and didn't charge too much for it. They weren't wearing suits and ties when they came out to do it but they were professional for a plumber.

The bathtub faucet would not shut off. This occurred mid afternoon and we frantically called Gill Plumbing. The owner personally came out and immediately fixed the problem and we were off to Busch Gardens as planned. Great service!

Good guy, good service, nothing more important than a good plumber when your house isn't draining.
