About 4 months ago Gibson reps. canvassed our lake and canal front neighborhood on Lake Tarpon with handbills trying to get dock and seawall business. I called and asked for an estimate. Got no response until I called back 4-5 times. Finally a month or so after I made request a rep. came out to our neighborhood to view launch. I talked with him briefly and he said he would get back to me with an estimate in a week or so. This was over two months ago. I called at least ten times to their Palm Harbor office since then spoke to the receptionist mostly and the estimator/owner once and have not gotten a bid. If this wasn't an Angie's list provider I would have simply moved on and found someone else.
Description of Work: Sought bid to repair boat small community boat ramp.
