Mike the owner was on the job. He was very neat, percise and knowledgeable. I had a question, months after the job was done, and he called me right back. He is very reliable, did a great job taking sown and replacing wood under the siding. He also repaired my roof. After Hermine, no leaks!!!

This is another project that was completed in my home by Mike Bergold. I am TOTALLY THRILLED with the final outcome! The work is absolutely flawless. Mike provided numerous suggestions that helped me save money and made the design more functional and attractive. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and has a great eye for design! I HIGHLY recommend hiring Michael Bergold for any job that requires a skilled, knowledgeable tradesman. Michael is also very personable, honest and reasonable in his pricing. In addition to replacing three windows in my home (on a Saturday!), Michael helped me with other projects as well. Michael and his team did a great job on the cleanup once the windows were installed. He also moved a 450-pound safe from my den to my garage at no charge! I mention this because some construction jobs benefit from physical strength to help get the job done efficiently. Michael is one of the hardest working people I know. He works very long hours and weekends and is dedicated to making sure you are 100 percent pleased with the final outcome. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work. I moved to Florida from the Northeast 30 years ago. Finding Michael's level of professionalism in the Tampa Bay area is not easy, so I was not surprised that he is from the New York area originally. I am thrilled to have found Michael so I now have a talented and dependable tradesman/handyman to call for all kinds of home maintenance projects and repairs. Thank you, Michael!!

I'm a few months late with my review. Needed someone fast to replace an old leaking kitchen faucet and sink. Mike came out right away and gave a reasonable estimate. The guys came out and completed the job the next day just in time for my superbowl weekend guests. Mike even fixed a leak under the sink that was identified and not on the repair list with no extra charge! Definitely recommending them and will hire them again too.

Mike, Chris & Bernie were here every morning for 4 days and stayed til after 5:00. They worked hard and got the job done. They are honest, trustworthy and nice to have around. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They are still painting curb scaping out in front and that is going a little slower but doesnt bother me as it is not affecting anything in the house.

I would have preferred a bit less chatter and a bit more work being done to complete in a more reasonable amount of time. The workers were very nice and anxious to give good quality work, which they did. Also they did a good job cleaning up afterward. I had not sought other estimates so not sure if price was reasonable. I am very satisfied with their work and would hire them again for additional projects.
