Mike is a very straight shooter. He is personable and very skilled at his trade. He showed up on a Sunday just to look at the job and the job was completed 2 days later. As it goes in his business, sometimes more work is required than originally expected. This was the case on my job and he made more trips for stock and handled it with no delays or complaints, completing the work on the same original schedule he quoted up front. My experience with Mike was excellent, I am very satisfied with his experience and professionalism. I would not hesitate to hire Mike for any job in the future and his return to my home for more work has already been discussed. I am from the North East but have lived in Tampa Bay since 1991. In my 22 year experience of homeownership, it has been rare to find this kind of quality work in Florida. On time, on budget and excellent finish work. Way to go Mike! Come back soon....PLEASE.

It was a difficult job & Mike did a very good job. Showed up when he said he would.

The work appears to be satisfactory but time will tell how good the work really is. The original trim lasted about 18 years before wet rot started to show so it's doubtful that the replacement trim will show anything for quite a while..

Michael fixed every clock in the house the main project he came to do was repair a window, and a few extra things. This is the person to call if you want perfect work and he is always on time.

Mike called within 2 hours of my servicemagic request and then came in a half hour for estimate. Estimate was reasonable for the four seperate tasks (spackling and carpentry). Mike came on-time two days later and completed all jobs that day. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work and highly recommend Mike.

Mike was a real pleasure to deal with from the onset. He kept me informed every step of the way during the project.
