They were an excellent example of what computer repair people should be; they explained every facet of what they were going to do. I am excessively please with this provided and would be happy to tell my friends(and a few people I do not like) to use them.

They did a wonderful job removing the hard drive for me and they took it 1 step further and did confirm that the laptop issue was indeed the motherboard.. I would recommend using them. They are reasonably priced and honest. I will definitely be using them again for all my computer needs.

My husband had previously gone to another place to have his ipad mini retna fixed. The screen had a crack and the edge of the ipad was loose. The original place we went to didn't do a great job, so we wound up having to have it repaired again. This time I went to Geekmatics. They did a wonderful job for a lower price than we paid at the first place. The technician was honest and professional. He called me the day after I brought the ipad in to let me know exactly what needed to be done, and how he was going to take care of the problem. He also gave me a very honest prognosis of how well the repair would work on the loose ipad edge. The ipad was ready when promised. My husband who is IT was pleasantly surprised at how well the ipad was repaired. Geekmatics did a fantastic job, way better than the first place we went to. It was obvious the technician was meticulous in repairing our ipad.

Their service was fast and the computer worked for a while but now it’s not working again. I need to call them again.

I was very pleased with the service that was performed. When I took it in to Geekmatics, the person I spoke to asked me how I heard about them. When I told him Angie's List, he said that there was a 10% discount, which I did not realize. They diagnosed the problem and had my computer ready in just a couple of days.

Result of diagnosis was a fried main board and Geekmatics did not charge a diagnosis fee since they were not able to repair the device themselves. Sad that I now have a bad main board but happy to have someone give me an answer after having a cracked digitizer replaced. Suspect the original service had friend the main board since it worked fine (albeit cracked) when I sent it in to this other "expert". Learned my lesson. Go straight to Geekmatics.

When I first called and told them I was an Angie's list member and that I should get a 10% senior discount they scoffed and it took speaking with 3 people to get the discount. I needed to get my computer on the internet. They charged me $25 travel fee and $67.50 for 1 hour of labor. They came out and told me I needed to go buy a booster. He did not have one on his truck and told me that if he went to buy one I would have to pay him for his travel time. He then left and stated he would follow up the next day over the phone. I called the next day and told him there were two devices in the box. They told me that I had the wrong thing. They then came out to the house a second time and again charged me full price for the visit. $25 travel fee and $67.50 for 1 hour of labor. The second invoice is the exact same invoice, they did not even change the date. He was here for all of 15 minutes. He plugged 1 device in the router and 1 device in the computer and that was it. It was as simple as plugging in a lamp. I deserve a reimbursement for the labor for the second day. It is an extension of the first day. If he had fixed the problem the first day and had the device on his truck, he wouldn't have had to come back out a second time.

Like all things dealing with computers, there were several unexpected hurdles that came up during the change over. These were dealt with promptly and completely as they arose. Overall we were not only pleased with the outcome but are using them for our future maintenance as well.

Very responsive, had the repair completed same day, and the price was very fair.

Received prompt and courteous. Server - Price was as stated for services. they resolved problems with no hidden cost.

I called geekmasters and was able to show up the next day with my computer. I dropped off my computer overnight and they had scanned it and said nothing was wrong and they would just update the memory. They were reasonably priced and i picked up the computer the next day at noon.

A smooth pleasant and inexpensive transaction. I could not be more pleased!

Verizon would not provide batteries or repair phone. They only want to sell new phones and multi-year contracts. VERY bad service and experience. Geekmatics diagnosed problem, ordered parts and repaired the phone in three days. Excellent experience.

iPhone 4s Cracked Screen repair. I dropped my iPhone 4s and the screen shattered.
