Jim arrived on time. He is very personable, and got right to work. It took less than an hour and cost $130.54. He also made 4 extra keys for us. He left us with 2 kinds of business cards: a refrigerator magnet and cards for my purse.

Wonderful! Jim was more than prompt in communicating with us and really felt it was important for us to be well educated on all types of locks for our purpose and the rationale behind each. We got quite the education simply and easily explained and were able to make an informed decision rapidly and chose the Schlage products. He performed all the needed work in about 5.5 hours, had to redrill several bolt openings, and his rates were more than fair. We were replacing some very low quality Kwik Set locks installed by a door company 7 years ago and some higher end Titan locks that we'd had for 20+ years. We wanted one key for everything and Jim made that happen with some tips on upgrading our security as well with different types of keys that are available. We highly recommend him and will use his services again if needed in the future.

Several years ago, we needed a locksmith to come to our home ASAP and Jim made himself available right away. We recently moved to a new home and had Jim come out to rekey/replace two entry door locks. Jim is such a pleasure to deal with and takes his time to explain everything that he is about to do as well as the end result. I highly recommend Jim to choose as a locksmith!

Very happy with the service call, Jim was professional, helpful and punctual, he shared the cost breakdown before coming out, and even dropped the charge for freeing the bolt when it proved simple and quick.

Great company! Jim answered the phone himself on my first call. We discussed the problem, he gave me pricing guidance and we set up an appointment for the following day. He arrived when he said he would. Installed the lock (including the drilling of new holes) flawlessly and then took the time to give me a full tutorial on the use of my electronic deadbolt. Left things clean. Friendly guy who is easy to work with.

Jim is an excellent locksmith. I have already recommended him to a number of people. He is very patient, explains various options, let me supply some hardware and he supplied some after we discussed. He clearly stated how much he would be charging (rare), no estimates for me. Very reasonable/fair rates, works cleanly and did I mention he a great guy. I asked for recommendations for other companies and trades and he gave his honest opinion. I used some of them and his advice was spot on. I thank him for that.

Jim set up an appointment shortly after I phoned & left a voicemail. He arrived on time, was very professional, informative and friendly. He had several different Schlage door handles with key locks on his truck, different styles and colors and I selected the ones I wanted so that both the door handle and deadbolt latch match perfectly. He rekeyed the outer hall deadbolt and fixed the internal door handles and latches too. He cut 4 extra keys in addition to the two that came with the lock set and also made me some extra keys our mailbox. I could not have been happier with the products or service and I can't think of anyone easier or more pleasant to deal with than Jim.
