I was having trouble getting companies to even return my calls, but DJ (owner) answered his phone when I called, his office called me back immediately to schedule an estimate appointment and they continually kept in contact giving me updates on when the work would be completed (which was less than a week after receiving the estimate). Excellent from start to finish! DJ was professional, patient and prompt. I had a few questions after the quote was sent, and he replied very quickly with easy to understand explanations. The job included a fence that was near an oak tree, with many roots underground. The crew did an excellent job working around the roots and slightly elevating the fence above the uneven ground. The crew was communicative and polite throughout the process and worked past dark to complete the job. And, they cleaned up after they left (which sometimes does not happen with work crews). I would definitely hire this company again!!!

All went very well until the gate to the storage area was found to be extremely difficult to open or close. Phone calls were responded to as if the company would be out to fix the problem, but they never came after multiple requests over 7 weeks' time. In addition, surplus heavy supplies were dumped on our property and left for us retirees to lift and remove from a difficult area instead of them removing their surplus supplies themselves. We had paid additional fees of $400.00 for help removing other items from the property. They knew this was a problem for us.

I cannot say enough about how pleasant our experience was with Fence Company Near Me. Beginning with the quote, DJ was responsive and on time. He worked with us on getting scheduled after we ran into some delays with our HOA. Nate did the work on our fence and did an impeccable job. The work is absolutely beautiful and our yard was not an easy job. There were very old, developed oak tree root systems, a neighbor's trees on the property line, and they even had to go right through a tree that we didn't wish to take down. OMG D J was awesome. He is quite the craftsman. A man who takes Pride in his workmanship. His supplies were great. No warped wood. I can't say enough praise. I feel safe and secure with my gates. He cleaned up after the work. You ask if I would use him again? His work is so sturdy I don't think I would need him. I am going to tell my neighbors about the quality of his work. I've already gave out the business cards I asked him for.

I also referred my neighbor so hope he follows through. Loved dealing with DJ, we never even met in person, that's how convenient he made the whole process. No insisting on meeting with me in person to try to up sell me, etc. He answered right away every single time I had a question and he did absolutely everything he said he would. DJ and John did an excellent and thorough job installing a beautiful vinyl fence and gate around the perimeter of my backyard. Because it was a two day job they sectioned off a small area of the yard that allowed my 3 dogs access to a safe & secure fenced in area to relieve themselves. As a senior, recently recovering from major surgery, it would have been extremely difficult for me to walk 3 very energetic dogs for two days, so I can't express how grateful I am that they went to all that extra trouble to make sure my dogs were taken care of and my life was made so much easier in the process. Plus they didn't charge me any extra for that service! They both worked long past dark to make sure my fence was finished on time and cleaned up all the excess debris afterward. I truly believe that the Lord was watching out for me by leading me to hire this company to have my fence installed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to both friends and family.
