Family First Window & Pressure Cleaning

i was very unhappy, the first time they did it it was good last january and when they came back on november, the part of it is fairly cleaned and the part of it is dirty but they did not get the job done and i couldn't contact them the next day

5 Star Service. John arrived on time, very friendly ,organized and prepared to go to work right away. We had our service during the Covid19 and did not want anyone in our home. Family First was accommodating and agreed to split the service for the same price and return whenever we felt comfortable. I have had my windows done many times but not on this level of service. I will continue to use them for all my future needs. John did an amazing job for us.

During the quote visit I notified John, company owner, that I did not have any screens they needed to clean, but my sliding glass door window tracking was quite dirty due to construction just completed. He acknowledged and noted my request. Hired him on the spot and crew came 12/20/19. Windows looked great, but the tracking was completely ignored. They remained full of dirt and debris. I contacted John who stated he would return 12/22 at 11:00 a.m. to properly complete the job and admitted he did not "check his partners' work". I had come home from work in order to let him in to re-do the tracking. He ghosted me. He did not answer the phone, return my calls, text me back. Nothing as of today 12/27/19. I had paid in full, he cashed the check immediately yet neglected to complete the job. I run my business with integrity. Apparently John from Family First Windows does not.

I decided to hire Family First Window Cleaning because they had outstanding reviews and were rated 4.8 vs the top two companies listed which were rated lower??? They have amazing and honest reviews (and yes, i read everyone one of them!) and I will hire them for three more houses my family owns. And again and again for regular maintenance!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. They were on time, totally reliable with estimate and work that was done. My parents’ home windows were really dirty from years of not being cleaned. They cleaned the windows inside and out, sills, and screens. It was not a clean up job that I wanted to do! They left NO MESS! And wore shoe covers inside. The windows sparkle and one of the greatest assets to market a home is the cleanliness of the windows. They showcase your home. They paid the greatest attention to detail including scraping off stickers that had been on the windows for years. The owner and crew are reliable, honest and truly professional. Try them! You will NEVER hire anyone else - I guarantee you!!! Their service is so refreshing but so are THEY!! TOP NOTCH!!!!

This company did an outstanding job on our windows & driveway/sidewalk. Windows cleaned inside & out (they did screens & window sills too). Even went through the house to make sure they didn’t leave any spots. I will be using this company again & highly recommend them. Courteous, friendly, affordable & top notch work!

They were very thorough and I could tell that they really care about what the customer thinks about their work. They also did an amazing job pressure washing our lanai and pool screen.
