We were very pleased with the work. Dave stays very busy because he often does repair work for homes being sold, in fact it was the closing agent for our realtor who gave us his name. After we contacted him, he came over the next day and gave us a written estimate for the work, and apologized for not being able to do the work for a couple weeks because he was busy. He gave us a date, and started the work on time. In his estimate, Dave was mindful of the overall cost and asked us, in particular, about the pedestrian door, whether we wanted to just repair what was there or replace the entire door jamb. We opted to do the temporary work, but appreciated having someone provide us with options and let us decide. We will definitely be calling them back for future work.

We purchased a Tarpon Springs home while living in Jacksonville and wanted new colors the week we moved in. Dave and Val Negri were amazing, first working with us long distance to understand our needs, then exceeding our expectations in painting the house the week we moved in. In the chaos of our move, Dave was a calming force and our home is beautiful!

The work was awesome! I liked their warranty and it is wonderful! I had a post that had some rust. They scraped it down and painted it. Three months later, the rust started to come through the paint and he came back and repaired it at no cost.

Dave is responsive and knowledgeable and takes pride in his team's work. In addition to needing a fresh coat of paint, we were particularly concerned about waterproofing our home, and Dave was able to recommend the right product for doing the job. We had agreed to priming the home, and covering it with 2 coats of paint. In the end, the team added an extra coat of paint at no additional cost to the side of the house which was previously causing us water trouble. Elite was able to perfectly computer-match our non-standard house color. All windows were protected with tape and plastic, and the painters dug down along the base of the walls to ensure a complete paint job. The painters were neat, on time, and polite. Dave was responsive throughout the whole process; if he wasn't able to answer my call immediately, he called back within 24 hours (and usually earlier). Neighbors and family have also commented on how fresh my home now looks!

I rate them an A+ if Angies List would so allow. They are extremely qualified, professional, and friendly. One can easily observe that the employees are highly motivated and enjoy working for the company. They will definitely be added to my A list of house painters.

He was very clean, tidy and arrived on time. He has very competitive pricing. Overall I would rate him a A. I would definitely use him again in the future.
