+ -1 moreI called Ian at Elite who had me bring the computer over to him. Within two hours everything was cleared up and the computer operated as intended. He then delivered the computer directly to my home. From start to finish the whole process was completed within a three hour span. This is not the first time I have used Elite and service, cost and results are excellent.
Description of Work: Computer infected with virus and malware that I could not remove and numerous attempts and methods I found online.

+ -1 moreWith one phone call Ian came to my home and within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem and updated the drivers. He also performed a complimentary system clean-up and my computer is running like new. I am back online with very little downtime.
Description of Work: Ian ran a diagnostic on my laptop because I could not connect to the internet. After much frustration trying to fix the problem myself I called the company that services my Lansbrook and East Lake neighborhood.
