Rory showed up, worked so hard for hours in the hot Florida sun, and thank God for him, because I haven't seen an ant since!!! I would highly recommend, (and have already) this company, Rory was top shelf!

My family and I have used Ted and Ecologix Pest Elimination since the start of the business . I do not know anyone who goes above and beyond every time they show up like Ted and his company. I have had several rental properties as well that Ecologix has taken care of and there is never a bug anywhere. We've had rats do to a neighbor neglecting there property and Ted saved the day again with the rat bait system. We have referred Ecologix to family and friends and everyone has been pleased with the service that they receive. You won't go wrong with hiring Ecologix Pest Elimination for your home or business.

We use them yearly. They come every 3 months. The biggest thing that I have noticed that is neat, is they put little things over their shoes before they come in your house, so you don't get foot prints all over your floor. They were very neat and professional. The one worker that comes out to complete the service is great.

I just wanted to share how great my experience with Ecologix.I called Ted (the owner) and told him what I had going on at my Moms house and he said he would be right out.They came out and took care of the problem right away.Had many pest controller's in past but this was the best experience that I have ever had!! I was a customer of Ecologix for a couple years. Never really any issues, as they are an average company. Recently I asked for an ant treatment at one of my properties and I was told a ONE TIME treatment would guarantee no ants, for the price of $189. I accepted the deal. A few days later I went to the property and was greeted by thousands of ants. I immediately sent owner Ted a text telling him what I saw and stated the treatment must have not worked. The next morning he text me that he did not like my attitude and he always does everything right. He also text that he would no longer provide service to any of my properties. I was shocked at his response! I thought that was the most UNPROFESSIONAL response in the world. This comes on the heels of a few emails between Ted's wife and myself over an extra $75 she kept incorrectly billing me for. After several months of the incorrect billing, I finally demanded she correct the invoice. I guess this is how they corrected it. I was not rude in any way. I have every text to back my claim. Kalisi is responsible for this and to me its obvious Ted cannot separate business from his personal life.. This is not a coincidence that the night before Ted's unprofessional response, I demanded that Kalisi finally correct the invoice. Ted seemed like a nice enough guy, but WOW! This is how he treats customers? Because of this I would not suggest this company to anyone. If this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

On the initial visit, there were two techs. Joe is the brother of the owner. They started doing their thing right away, being very thorough and informative, answering my questions. There was a follow-up visit 2 weeks after the initial treatment. I have received 2 calls since then from Ted, the owner, to check on my situation. No roaches!! I was very happy with my service and therefore, I signed up for the annual service.

Ecologix did the termite inspection for the purchase of our new home. After several communications with both Ted and Joe, I was so impressed with their company and responsiveness that I decided to give my business to them instead of the company I have used for the past 15 years. During visits to our home, Joe was extremely professional, courteous, and concerned with educating the customer. He was extremely thorough and obviously takes pride in his work. I will absolutely recommend Ecologix to my friends and family.

My experience was fantastic from the first phone call all the way to the 2 week re-treatment! I spoke to the owner for a solid 15 minutes upon first contact, and he gave me several tips on how to keep my lawn from being a desirable home for the ants in the first place. He explained thoroughly what would happen during the whole process, including asking me to be patient for the first couple of days as the treatment doesn't kill on contact because it is made for them to take it to the queen to destroy it all! He answered any questions I had, and assured me that if I had any problems within the first 6 months, it would still be covered under my initial treatment. Another thing that struck me was that he warned me that I may be getting an email that refers to auto pay, but it was automatically generated and just to ignore it; it was for recurring customers. So I knew he had recurring customers, but he never once tried to sell me more than I asked for. Usually businesses take every opportunity to tell you how much more you need (and how much more you should buy from them!), but I didn't get that impression at all. It was a happy change of pace! We scheduled an appointment for very soon, and the nice young man that came to do the treatment was on time and very professional. He asked me to walk him thru the property and show him my concerns, while he explained what was going to happen. He was so great! Our English Bulldog approved as well because he received plenty of love and attention as well! Even though I was forewarned that the treatment could take a few days, I went out a couple of hours later (when the treatment had dried and it was safe for me to take out the puppy) and the massive ant hill was already destroyed. I saw no more ants for the next couple of weeks. I then got the phone call that they would like to come back for the 2 week re-treatment. I told him I couldn't guarantee anyone would be home, but to feel free to let themselves in the back gate. The nice young man came back, treated the yard, and since someone was home, was able to pop back in to say hi to Bubby the Bulldog! Overall, the entire process was super easy: from finding Ecologix on Angie's List, to making and keeping the appointments. I would most certainly use Ecologix again and would recommend them to anyone I knew. Thanks again guys! Great work!

I had the pleasure of working with Ted this summer, after discovering my attic required a rodent exclusion and partial restoration. Ted, along with his full-time team, exemplified the highest service standards that I have ever encountered in a contractor. At all times they were professional, respectful, punctual, detail oriented, and honest. From the moment I received my estimate to the final day of restoration, Ecologix was committed to earning ? and keeping - my business and my trust. For me, Ted set himself apart (and made my experience virtually stress-free) by adhering to a few simple but vital tenets: proactive communication, results-driven workmanship, and disciplined self-reliance. Appointment reminders always preceded a visit, and appointments that had to be moved were rescheduled well in advance. When services were performed, they were performed with care and expertise. Ecologix is the epitome of a quality over quantity company, and Ted holds his work to standards that, in my experience, rarely stray from perfection. If you often cannot be home to supervise your contractors, Ted and his team are exactly the kind of people you want working on your home. No courtesy was spared, and I never felt out of the loop or unbriefed on the progress of my restoration. I would absolutely recommend Ecologix for any pest control and related restoration services, large or small. I am not easily pleased or impressed, but Ted and his team truly went above and beyond for me, as I know they do for all their clients. They have earned my highest recommendation.

Let me start with telling you what happened before I knew about Ecologix, when I used to work with Terminex and I used to have to call them back out on a regular basis for persisting problems with ants. The service tech sent by Terminex actually even told me a very long, completely fabricated, story about Pharaoh Ants getting their name because they were found inside the Egyptian pyramids. (It was complete BS.) That's not even how their name is spelled. Since I've met Ted DelSardo and his team at Ecologix, I've never again had any issue with any kind of pest. When they come to treat at my home or at my office, they crawl inside of the tiny spaces underneath the building and up into the attic and they walk the entire property. They change equipment and outfits a few times as they are covering all of their bases. I've never seen such a thorough approach to pest elimination. I've come to the conclusion that if you want it Dead, you have to call Ted. We love Ecologix so much that we are always referring him to other people we meet through our work. They make me look good as I always get glowing reviews from the people when they are so impressed with Ecologix's service and fair pricing. I can't recommend them enough.

I have had a recurring ant problem for years. Flying ants would infiltrate my patio every Spring for about a week. I tried everything to get rid of them but they always returned. Ecologix Pest Elimination came out and treated my home and I have not seen one ant since.

I originally found Ecologix online using the BBB while looking for effective pest control that was environmentally friendly and safe for my one year old and my dog. Unfortunately, roaches had begun taking over my home. After the first visit I was sold on using this company. Ted treated the entire house, attic, and outside for all pests. He explained his year around treatment plan that provided continuous protection from returning pests. Living in Florida you know these pesky things try to come back every time it rans. I have now received my third quarterly service. My husband and I are extremely pleased. Only once when the rain first came back did I find a few unwelcomed friends. He came out immediatly, treated, and the problem was solved. As promised, there was no charge for this service call. One of the most important things, I think, to most people is the consistency and safety of a company. Ted has been out on every service call and he is always professional and extremely nice. I am comfortable with him being in my home with just my son and I. On a side note, my 85 lb Bulldog Deizel who has previously not let the cable nor phone service men in my home allows Ted to walk around unbothered. Also, he is technically up to date. My receipts come via email, I can pay online, and using my online account I can view upcoming service dates. Best of all, I like supporting a local business where I meet the owner and he actually cares about his customers instead of using a big name where I feel like a bothersome number.

In October 2012, my wife and I had the unfortunate experience of having a pregnant raccoon crawl into a small opening in our roof and nest in the crawl space above our bedroom closet. Unfortunately, due to the perceived urgency of the situation, we quickly called the first company we came across in an internet search rather than checking around for the best provider. The result of that decision, eventually, was frustration and anger, as that company proved over time to be unethical and unprofessional, to say the very least. Although they got the raccoon out of our home quickly, they grossly overestimated - and fabricated, as we later found out - the damage done by the raccoon and filed a claim with our insurance company that, in my opinion, was borderline fraudulent. Coincidentally, a neighbor of ours had a similar problem at the same time, and she used Ecologix to remove the raccoon from her home. After several months of getting nowhere with the company were using, as they strung as along with pushy attempts and shady business tactics to get us to agree to let them do a lot of costly work, we asked our neighbor for Ted's number so that we could get a second opinion. Best move we made! Within two days, he was at our home and getting into areas of our attic/crawl space that the other company never got to, and found that the damage was a lot less than we were led to believe. He took pictures of every affected area of our attic and showed them to me, and even got me into the area where the raccoon was actually nesting. Although there were areas affected by the raccoon, the major insulation damage the other company claimed was there was not there, and neither were the numerous piles of raccoon feces they claimed needed to be removed. If I hadn't heard or seen the raccoon myself, I never would have known something was up there by looking at the nesting area. Furthermore, he saw no evidence of the rat activity the other company claimed they saw in our attic, or any need to sign up for a monthly pest control plan similar to the one the other company enrolled us in without our permission. Although we have decided not to have any work done right now, Ted wouldn't even let me pay him for the consultation, which took up nearly an hour of his time. He simply asked that we keep him in mind if we later decided to do any repairs or cleanup work. It's rare to find people like this. Our neighbor, by the way, had a very positive experience with him, too.

My WDO home inspection was done for a VA refinance a week prior to pest control being started. Joe, the technician, was very thorough and informative during the WDO inspection and explained the benefits of their pest control. I was not previously treating my house, and although Joe didn't find anything during my pest inspection it will be nice to know when the occasional hornets nest occurs I don't have to worry about ever knocking it down myself again! Free service calls are included :)

Flea treatment means you have to be out of the house for several hours with your pets. We have cats and I loaded them into the SUV and sat in the park with a book. Two cats and me in the car and lots of aggravating squirrels oustide was interesting. Had no signs of any critters since.

It was great and continues to be great. This is a company that you can depend on to return your phone call and actually show up for the appointment. I feel that I get great Customer Service each time I have any questions or concerns or when getting my scheduled pest control service.

Ted called within a day of me leaving a message. He took some information on my house and gave me a general estimate for cost. The cost was around what I had been paying a couple of years ago. Ted showed up on time in a clean truck. He was neat and tidy and very courteous. Ted did a complete inspection of the inside and outside of the house. He even looked into the attic for signs of bugs or rodents. Ted went over his findings making suggestions and recommendation. He provided me with a couple of different cost options and I never felt pressured to buy a certain product or service. I was so impressed that i got an annual contract with quarterly service that included the tubes-in-the-wall service and I am sure Ted will address any addtional problems I may find. Ted provided more service than I paid for. He found a way that vermin could access the attic. He went ahead and blocked it up the right way for no extra cost!

Excellent. Ecologix completed all work in a timely matter and under estimated cost. Ted was extremely knowledgeable and even gave helpful tips on things I can do on my own, instead of trying to charge for everything. A++
