Initially spoke to Thomas who scheduled the free estimate he was very professional and friendly and then Aaron showed up the next day promptly at the time set. Aaron explained all the different options showed us what was available and then we agreed to move forward after a thorough consultation. I have recommended CCI windows and doors to a few of my friends they are also getting estimates.

Description of Work: My grandparents needed new windows and being in their 80's, they were very nervous about just forking over thousands of dollars to a company that they heard about off of a door hanger advertisement. But I called CCI and they were very professional, quick and super kind to my grandparents.
