Description of Work: They came to my home to install a reverse osmosis water system about 7 years ago, so they deliver the salt for the system and they service my water system once a year. I love the system and have had no problems with it.

+ -1 moreTom promptly returned my call. After I explained the currant problem with my existing water conditioner, it's age, and the brand, he did not think it could be repaired. He said he would be happy to look at it. He arrived on time(3 minutes early) and said he would not be able to repair it, however if I wanted to purchase the same brand he would be happy to install it. I asked about his water conditioner and he told me about all the features and the price. I felt no pressure to purchase a unit from him even though his brand was far superior to the one I had. He was able to install his water conditioner the beginning of the following week. He came on time, did a great job and explained all about the new conditioner

+ -1 moreVERY KIND, VERY CLEAN. THEY DON'T CHARGE ME A SERVICE CALL TO JUST COME OUT AND CHECK ON EVERYTHING. They not only fixed the pipe that was broken, but also replaced all of the other pipes. They also showed me how to shut off the system should something like this happens again. The pricing is more than reasonable. It was only $69 for 1 hours work including parts.
Description of Work: CHECK WATER SOFTENER, CHECK REVERSE OSMOSIS FILTER, BRING OUT SOFTENER PELLETS. ALSO THEY REPLACED A BROKEN PIPE ON THE REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM.
