Terrible very deceitful people, I would not recommend using them.

Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. Their work product was outstanding. They treated us and our home with respect and were hands down the cleanest workers to ever step foot in our home. A pleasure from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Do not use... He will rip you off..Once you pay him they will not care to help you ever again.. They sell the world and when it comes down to it they do not do what they promise.. After 3 months waiting for my doors when they came they were nothing like he promised. I talked to another company to come out and fix them but they said the doors were so bad that they all needed to be replaced. Now I am in a house were my doors do not close right and make tons of noise. When Capital Millwork finally got back to me they said they would replace the doors but I would have to pay them again for the installation.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME...

Capital did fine, a little pricey but the door is very nice. They were professional, responsive and respectful. I would consider them again if the price is right.

Josh and Bob arrived on time, surveyed the installation issues and Josh completed the job in three hours. The work was done in a professional manner and the installation was superb. Very pleased with the results and would use again. Highly recommend.

The double entry lock set did not fit our door. We used a professional locksmith to do the installation. While the lock set required a 5 1/4 in. distance, our predrilled holes were 6 inches on center. The locksmith could not find a workable solution for the difference in measurement.. We took the set back to Capital Millwork for a return to the manufacturer. The salesperson informed us that there would be a restocking fee (she did not know the amount) and the return shipping fee. She also told us that she would call us to let us know what the restocking and shipping fee would be. There was never a phone call. When we checked our credit card statement, we saw that we were charged 31% of the original purchase price for shipping and restocking. As stated, the salesperson did not know what the restocking fee would be. That being said, 31% is outrageous. We have never dealt with a supplier that charged that much. Neither have we ever dealt with a retailer that did not know a restocking fee. We feel we were and quot;fleeced.and quot; Capital Millwork can be assured we will not be dealing with them or purchasing an Emtek lock set anytime in the future.

He has great stock in the store. He was helpful.
