They did another great job! The walls look wonderful. They also worked with my schedule since it was a busy time at work and wasn't able to take time off.

The crew is Bill, Dean and Brittany. What diligent workers. They were incredible respectful of my house, even though it was obviously in the midst of a remodel, they taped and covered everything. The repair work is absolutely seamless. No indication that the ceiling was ever patched. They started on time and the job was completed when promised, for the price quoted. The workmanship is great. They take pride in their work and you can tell. Everything was vacuumed and cleaned when they left. Two thumbs up! I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

Bill and Dean did a GREAT job. They are both very pleasant to deal with unlike the other people that came out to give me estimates. Bill came out quickly and I received the estimate the same day. The price was very reasonable for the work done. They were able to start the job the following week and it was completed properly within the estimated time period even though there was a long power outage on one of the days. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. This was only the first part of the job. I am also replacing my kitchen. Bill and Dean will return to do the work on that wall once I have the cabinets and a couple of walls removed. I am very confident that the this project will turn out as well as the first one. I was working on a wall in my garage while they were at my home. Dean was VERY helpful with advice as I was running in to some issues during the process. I highly recommend Bill and Dean.

Everything went great Bill and his crew were very professional. They came and completed the job when they said they were. I thought they gave me a good price and they did a great job. The ceiling and enclosed window looks great.

I feel that you would have to go a long way to find a repair contractor that works harder, has a better crew and pays more attention to detail that this company. Bill gave me a project schedule and a detailed description of the work the were to perform along with a time frame that he completed to the minute. He and his crew were on time every day: they arrived at 9:00 AM, quickly prepared their equipment and didn't stop until it was time to clean-up and go home. Before the left for the day they cleaned up their entire work area and had it ready for start of next day. Did I mention that this was a garage. When work was completed (on-time), I am happy to say that it looked new construction. Bill's pricing was reasonable, his work and attention to detail was very good to excellent. I will recommend him in a heartbeat.

They were very professional, came out and performed the services on time. Fixed drywall from mold damage and textured good as new. Very pleasant to work with. Would definitely hire again!

It went very well. He came on time. He covered all vulnerable surfaces. The newly applied textures match the old. Also , he did a fabulous job clearing up--swept, vacuumed, mopped and hosed the front door steps!

Bill and Dean are a breath of fresh air. They do what they say and they do it well. In a day where most providers over-promise and under-perform they do not, in fact they probably undersell what a great job they do. I would consider Bill Livingston Inc to be among the the best contractors I have ever Dealt with. I can say without hesitation that whatever the job takes they will do it and you can rest assured they will do everything possible to insure your satisfaction. When I first contacted Bill in February. He looked at the falling drywall and told me he would not do the work until I had a roofer inspect the the roof in case there was a leak. It took a while for the roofer to come out and test the roof for leaks. I highly respect Bill for doing the job correctly. He wanted to be sure that his work would not be compromised by a leak. When we were given the ok by the roof company Bill arranged for a date to begin work. He and Dean were at my house promptly on the day and time that was set. They covered the entire garage with plastic and the whole floor with a mat. It took three days to get the job done and it came out beautifully. Not only that, but Bill and Dean cleaned the entire garage so that the only evidence that they were there is the perfect ceiling. Bill even arranged for a painter to contact me to get the ceiling primed and painted. I was very lucky to find Bill on Angies list. In fact I have another job (skylights) pending. You can rest assured that if you hire Bill and Dean you will get a perfect job done on time and well done.

We were able to locate Bill on Angie's list. We called him, and told him our project. He came over the next day, and gave us the estimate. He was able to do our job in a timely manner. We were happy with that in that we have been renovating for a while. Their work is very precise and neat. The walls are amazingly straight and smooth. They are so smooth, in fact, that the texture is light., and hardly necessary. The painter will have a very easy time when he comes. This job was done properly. We did not want to cover up a wall that needed to be fixed, and they fixed it perfectly.. Bill and Dean are very neat, and pleasant to be around. Dean cleaned everything before they left, and even hosed down our front door area. They do not leave a mess when they're finished. I would not hesitate to hire them again. They are professionals, and that shows in all that they do.

He came to give estimate when he said he would. The crew came at time and day that he said they would start. They were very careful to protect the walls and floor. They finished when they said they would. When they left, house was as clean or cleaner than when they came. We paid no money up front, paid on day they finished and we were satisifed. They removed pop corn and then redid seams and nails and applied a knock down finish. We also had some wall work where a chair rail Had been and the wall was flat, unfinished drywall and the walls have a sight texture. When he was finished and after we had painted you could NOT SEE where the chair rail had been.

He, again, came when he said he would. They did the work so you can not see where the patch was put. They cleaned up after themselves and they did it all in one day. Filled in the dry wall, put a bit of texture on ceiling and wall to match existing, Cleaned up. Done in less than a day. 2 here working all the time and carrying in stuff there was 3

I was dreading having the popcorn removed from the ceilings in our house. But my husband really wanted to have it done, so I begrudgingly went along with it. We took our dogs and stayed in a hotel while Bill and his crew did their thing. They kept us updated on how it was going. We would stop by in the evenings so my husband could check out the progress. When we went back home a few days later, I was expecting to spend the day cleaning up my house. But when I walked in, the house was cleaner than I had left it! It was absolutely amazing. The ceilings now have a beautiful texture and look very up to date. I could not be more happy with the experience.

Bill responded promptly when called for estimate. Explained process and timing. We interviewed several other contractors for the job and ultimately hired Bill because he was more realistic on the time it would take to get the job done right. They arrived on time every day and didn't take lunch breaks. During the job they professionaly dealt with an elevator breakdown and our condo association Once hired he started the job within two days. He and Dean methodically covered everything before starting. They are both perfectionists when it comes to the work. They made sure we were happy at every stage of the job. They always went above and beyond to insure the work was perfect. He suggested an experienced electrician to install the overhead can lights and coordinated the timing with him. The ceiling looks beautiful and we are extremely pleased. They were a pleasure to do business with and we would highly recommend them for any drywall/popcorn removal work.

Bill came out to my house at the time we agreed to, he inspected the damages and was very nice. He explained that he would be in touch with me either that same night or the following day. The next day, my mitigation company ended up pulling out additional drywall, so I called Bill back to let him know that there were some additional areas we would need repairs for, but he didn't answer. I left a message explaining what happened and asked if I could send pictures or if he wanted to come out to look or just add the cost for a couple additional sheets of drywall. I didn't receive a call back, so I called him again either the next day or the day after...I can't remember exactly which day it was, but I left him yet another voicemail. I wasn't expecting lack of follow through from him, but it happened. I'm not sure what the issue was for him not calling me back, but if I don't get a call back after leaving 2 voice mails, I am going to assume that you do not want to accept a job for the repairs in my home. Can't comment on price or quality of work because I did not get to this point with him.

Arrived on time and handled the project in a very professional manner. Gave me a price on the repairs based on a certain scope of work and when the work required a sheet rock replacement rather than a repair the change was handed very professionally. The work was done extremely well and the employees are extremely courteous. I have been a project engineer for several project and I believe their work was as good as any I have seen in the past. If any work is needed by me in the future I will certainly call Bill.

Bill returned my call promptly and came over to give me an estimate. Dean did the work and he did a wonderful job, was very nice answering questions and even matched our unusual texture. Bill and Dean were wonderful to work with, were prompt and did all the work requested, plus some extras. It was a very professional job, excellent work done. Thank you to both Bill and Dean.

Everything went very well all the way from the estimate to the completion of the job. Bill came out and gave me the estimate and told me what needed to be done. He was very punctual and as a matter of fact was early. Dean did the repair and is clearly a professional who know his job very well. He did an outstanding job. Even when I thought the wall looked good he kept on until it met his high standards. Bill and Dean both did the cleanup and made absolutely sure they left the area very clean.

Bill and his crew did a great job in repairing drywall damaged by a leaking window in our shower enclosure. We really appreciate the excellent work that Bill did. The job was timely and on budget.

Only took him 4 days to complete the job and my ceilings are beautiful. Bill gave me status updates each day and cleaned up all the mess (with the exception of a slight dusting here and there which was to be expected). I would recommend him to anyone! I am very happy with the service he provided!
