Sid a great job and we're professional and friendly.

Pretty good but he forgot one spot and the ceiling was not done as well as expected. Also, there were spots of plaster on the floor and the fireplace.

Couldn't be better. Both Dean and Bill are very ethical and honest people and do the best for their customers. In fact they don't leave until they are sure you are 100% satisfied. I changed the direction on them a couple of times and they were very accommodative. Dean is a hard and reliable worker always coming up with alternatives to make your life easier. I don't recommend many people but these guys are the best.

He looked at the project, said he would send me a quote within 48 hours and I never heard from him again.

Once my project was evaluated he fit me into his busy schedule in order to keep my timeframe on track. They were on time, worked consistently, professional and were clean as well as courteous. They finished up on time and everything was great. Next, I had some additional work done by a cabinet installer after the drywall was finished and they damaged a large portion of the drywall. I called Bill and he came out to see what needed to be repaired and once again fit me into his schedule while taking care to also be convenient to me. His man, Dean, came by and fixed everything with the care of a true professional and also helped me with some other drywall issues I was having that were totally unrelated to the work they performed. They are a shining star in a profession that it can be extremely hard to find someone who does quality work on time and truly professional.

We are very happy with the results and have already requested and quickly received an estimate for removing popcorn ceilings inside our home which will be done soon.

Fantastic! Bill came out and gave us a bid right away. He was able to start quickly, and he and his team even worked over a weekend to ensure that the room would be ready for Thanksgiving. They were careful to clean up the mess (and drywall is messy!), and ensured that the new work blended seamlessly with the existing walls. It was very high quality work, and we could not be happier. Not only is the quality of their work excellent, but they arrive on time, work hard, are considerate of protecting the house from damage, and clean up everything when they are done. Bill and his crew of Dean and Brittany removed all the popcorn, did quite a few ceiling repairs. Part of one upstairs bedroom ceiling had already started to fall and the kitchen ceiling only had a few 1x4's instead of the 2x4's to hold anything up at all--they put in 2x4.s where needed and make the ceiling look great. They sprayed a light texture on all the ceilings, ready for a painter and recommended a wonderful painter to handle that for me. They are all very hard workers and leave your place very clean. Very aware of making sure you had what you needed access to in the evening as they did their work.

An outstanding experience from start to finish, Bill showed up promptly and provided me a very competitive estimate to include an Angie's' List Member Discount that was warmly received. Dean and Brittany arrived the first day and went to town installing and taping drywall over furring strips, The bathroom being a complete retrofit I added numerous can lights, light fixtures, electrical outlets, exhaust fan requiring numerous cutouts that were executed by Dean like a surgeon. Upon completing the drywall installation Dean and Brittany applied an orange peel texture to the ceiling with just the right touch of material. Dean is referred to the as the "artist" and I can attest to that...he is very good! In summation, the personable service and superb work provided by Bill, Dean and Brittany epitomize the true meaning of professional. It was a pleasure...

Bill and his team are top notch. They arrived on time, aimed to do as much as they could in a single day while maintaining the highest level of quality - and, they achieved that goal. Dean, Brittany, and Bill were very professional and took measures to minimize the drywall and plaster dust from going beyond the work area. They treated our home the way they would have treated their own! We felt the pricing was extremely fair, given the art and skill that goes into making it look so seamless. I would highly recommend Bill Livingston, and will call them again if we need drywall services.

Excellent work in a timely manner.

I was helping my elderly friend upgrade his in-wall entertainment center so that it could accommodate a 70 in TV. The house was built in the early 1990's the entertainment center was out-of-date. It had two large component racks and large area for a subwoofer. Unfortunately, it could only handle a 30in TV in it's current configuration. I contacted Bill and asked if he would be interested in the job. He said he was interested and we agreed to meet to review the project. Bill was punctual and arrived at the meeting a few minutes early. We discussed the project and I gave him a design for the wall unit. Bill contacted my the next day with an estimate for the project. Bill and his crew, Dean and Brittany, showed up on time the day we started the job. We had made significant changes to the design since Bill and I talked earlier. Bill and crew indicated that the design changes wouldn't be a problem. Before they started work the covered all the furniture with plastic and covered the entire work area with runners that went from the entertainment center through the kitchen and out to the garage door. Bill and Dean paid attention to detail they out of their way to find the right wood shelving and found molding that matched the original molding. I wanted to run some type of conduit to make it easier to fish the wires behind the front wall of the entertainment center. Bill and Dean came up with a solution that worked wonderfully. On the final day they applied the texture to the drywall and did a wonderful job matching the original work. Before they left the cleaned the entire area. Brittany, did such a good job she even cleaned the inside of component rack that had not been dusted since the 90's! The work was perfect; finished on time and for the estimated amount.

The crew is cleaning up right now after spending 2 days on our ceilings. Their attention to detail was outstanding; I couldn't believe the steps they took to keep everything clean - very impressive.

Bill arrived for quote on time and responded with written quote via e-mail. Together we worked out start date because painter wanted to come in first to remove wall paper, Crew began at 0900 on specified dare. They covered everything and went to work taking down that ugly ceiling. They re-taped all seams that were loose and coming apart. The crew arrived daily at specified time and went right to work. They took care of everything. They completed the job a day early and left my house cleaner than when they started. The crew was always professional and took care to make sure that I was satisfied with the work..

I am very happy with the results. This roomy 1 bedroom condo unit had settled quite badly over the years and looked pretty awful! Bill Livingston Inc transformed it into a clean, modern living space. There was a slight issue with one of the workers early on in the job, but neighbors can be fussy and chalked it up to her not feeling well and being a bit grumpy. Bill was able to smooth it over with her on the last day of the job.

Bill came over and we discussed the work to be done. He gave me the name of a tile expert (also highly rated on Angie's List) so that they could coordinate the work to be done. I love that he is honest and will work with other experts to help me achieve the desired results. I'll report back after the work is done.
