Attic Rat came, and looked over what it would take to get the tv reception I wanted, where I wanted it, told me whay it would cost, and then proceded to get it done in about 4 hours.

I'm a business owner myself and I can't recommend anyone higher. Every single job they have ever done has been bullet-proof. When a service provider from Verizon came out to our office building to install a T1 line he commented that the network and phone installation was about the best he's ever seen and he's been to hundreds of big installations. I remember years ago they had to make a particularly difficult installation and ended up buying a 10 foot long extended drill bit just to get the job completed.....the cost of the part probably exceeded what I paid for the drop but they took it in stride and said it was nice to have yet another tool for unusual circumstances.

Looked this company up on Angie's List and I agree with what I saw - this is an all A rated company. They were prompt with efficient prices, reasonable and very happy with service.

They do more than what other companies would do for you. They will customize what you want them to do with your audio/video needs. They come out with the new remotes that can take care of 15 things at once. Like I like cable music, but I don't want to put the TV on to hear cable music and burn out the TV. So they do customize to your needs and if they can't do it, they will tell you upfront. They are very reasonable and very clean. They clean up after themselves and they haven't steered me wrong in 15 years. We like dealing with small companies for personal service. I find them extremely reasonable. I don't trust anybody else in my house but them.

Spent a great deal of time with me over the phone explaining what and how they were going to do. the tech that came to the condo was professional and completed the work quickly. Cleaned up after his work.

I contacted Attic Rat via phone call and discussed the work scope and job requirements. Through a series of follow up e-mails and calls, we finalized project details. The process was easy and efficient. The installer was prompt and friendly. He also did a thorough clean-up in every area in which he worked. At the completion of the installation, he provided written notes on how to use the various components of the system. He also performed a demonstration of the system. Our whole experience with Attic Rat was great and I highly recommend them.

This is the second time I've used Attic Rat. The first time Scott did an excellent job running Cat 5e cable and coax in my very tight attic space. This time he did the same with the same professionalism and caring as the first. He is also a pleasure to speak to as he's doing his work. I would recommend Attic Rat to anyone wanting to get rid of unsightly cables run around their door frames and baseboards.

They are very good. I've tried a few different companies and they are the only ones who do what you need them to do. They are efficient, decently priced and nice.

Appointment was made, company was prompt. The gentlemen was courteous, clean, attentive and knowledgable. He made sure everything worked to my satisfaction and even stayed a few moments to "make sure." I especially liked that the company really listened to my needs and met them in a common sense approach.

te relocation of the phone line and the installation of 2 additional TVcable boxes were performed as requested.w susequently called again the technician to install an amplifier to improve the cable signal.

I contacted Attic Rat, Inc. on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 and spoke with Trey Dawson. I explained that I was doing an extensive remodel at my residence and believed I would loose Cable TV and Telephone service during the demolition of the rear portion of my home. I was given an appointment for Friday, May 4, 2012 between 10:30 and 12:00. Trey gave me the name of the Technician who would respond (Scott) and gave me the description of Scott, his vehicle and uniform he would be wearing. The level of professionalism and concern for security was very impressive. On Friday at 10:30 I received a call from Scott saying that he was on his way and would arrive within 15 minutes. Again, very professional. Scott arrived on time and I began explaining to him my concerns over the remodeling. Scott tested every Cable TV line and jack in the residence and assured me that the demolition would not interrupt the service. As the existing telephone lines terminated at a NID (Network Interface Device) attached to the rear corner of the house (which would be demolished) and the existing telephone lines were of 1957 vintage, Scott recommended a complete re-install with new wire terminating to a new NID in the garage. Scott installed 3 new telephone lines in the attic and ran cable through walls to new jacks. The installation went very quickly and it re-established my phone, FAX and computer hookups.I will call Attic Rat, Inc. again when the remodeling is finished to install, telephone, cable TV and Data lines in the new addition. I would recommend Attic Rat, Inc. to anyone inside or outside of their service area.

UNFORTUNATELY AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY WERE UNABLE TO INTEGRATE OUR COMPONETS. ATTIC RAT SENT BOB WHO WAS VERY NICE. HE SPENT ABOUT 6 HOURS AT OUR HOME TRYING TO PROGRAM A REMOTE, BUT IN THE END HE SAID IT JUST WASN'T POSSIBLE. WE SHELLED OUT $60 AND STILL ARE USING OUR 3 REMOTE CONTROLS.

Bob did a great job with the installation. He quoted a price up front and the final bill reflected the original quote. In the end, I was extremely pleased with the installation despite the fact I was charge an additional $100.00 'trip charge' since I was located out side of their service territory. I was willing to pay the additional travel charge based on Attic Rat's reputation and the prior written reviews on Angie's List. There are a lot o people in this business that are very unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. The Attic Rat installation techs are very professional and very competent.

The job took two full days. Prior to work starting Sean was available by email and phone to discuss options for our job. Sean and Bob worked the first day and just Sean the second. Both are very knowledgeable in the nuances of AV and computer systems. They were professional, responsive, informative and skilled. They worked hard to clean up as they worked, even patching drywall holes left from removal of components to existing system. They did troubleshooting to make sure everything worked before leaving, and Sean spent a lot of time teaching us how to use the new wireless remote system. It was a pleasure working with Sean, Bob and Attic Rat.

About a month ago I hired Attic Rat for a large job involving a lot of various theater components. The job also involved concealing all the wiring behind the walls. I was so impressed with the quality of their work and their professionalism I hired them again for another project. Bottom line...I really like these guys and not just for their knowledge and capabilities. They're just nice guys and I trust them. I won't use anyone else but them for any future needs I may have.

The job took Two visits but after the first visit we had good service in the house. Attic Rat services were quick and everyone I spoke to were very helpful. I do not hesitate to recoomend them highly.

No problems, work completed and informed me of why he chose the method he used.

First let me say, WOW, what an amazing team. I had a nightmare of a setup - huge plasma tv, great sound system, apple tv, DVD player, router, cable box etc. and there were wires everywhere. It was an ugly sight. I wanted the tv hung on the wall and all the wires to all the equipment hidden behind the walls or inside cabinets. This team, Bob and Shaun, worked non-stop for about 8 hours and I don't even recognize the room. Everything is perfect. They even reprogrammed my universal remote, trained me, and cleaned / polished everything (equipment and cabinetry). They were also just really nice guys. I have another project I want to work on in the next few weeks and will definitely hire them again.

If you need ANY custom cabling, then Attic Rat is the place to call. Initially, I had another company out here THREE times ........ all they did was scratch their heads. I was willing to pay, but the actual cable company had NO answers. In comes Attic Rat to save the day. It was a single phone call, appointment for a look see and quote and the job was then scheduled for THREE days later. Living in a condo, there is literally no ceiling room and walls with concrete pillars in undocumented spots. Using experience and some high-tech gadgetry, the tech wired three rooms with additional cable drops and I had him add CAT-5 data lines at all the drops as well. The work was CLEAN, professional and BETTER than we had hoped for. YES ...... he made holes in walls and ceilings........ THEN he applied drywall mud and repainted. The tech went to Home Depot to get all matching paint to repair the holes. He was in, he was out ...... eight hours later I had cable and data drops all over the condo and you'd have never known he was there. Don't get me wrong ......... a little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for with Attic Rat. I spent a good part of the day observing and talking with tech. Personable, friendly and CREATIVE. NOT KIDDING ...... Attic Rat should have their own show on HGTV ....... THAT creative, THAT good !!!!

I called to get an estimate and gave details of the job over the phone. The job was to mount a TV and run audio and HDMI cables in the attic as well as install an electrical outlet for the TV. He did the estimate right there on the phone and followed up with an email. Definitely had experience at this and knew all the questions to asked. The price was fair, but I was able to do the work myself to save money.
