The job went very well, the work was performed with professionalism and Scott was very helpful and pleasant. He explained the workings of the phone and demonstrated how his diagnostic tools work. He got my phone working and double checked that my alarm system was not affected. If I had the money, I would have him re-run the wiring for all my phones. I did not pay for this service as the construction company responsible for the disconnect provided their service. (Bayside Heating and Air Conditioning Inc, if you are looking for a first class HVAC provider.)

It went very well. They showed up when they said they would and they charged me what they told me. They gave me an estimate before they ever came out. They did the job promptly and cleaned up. They were a little pricey. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I actually caught them fibbing to me, so they ended up not charging me anything, as they didn't want me to give them a bad report. I went to the guy at radio shack and he said it was fine for it to be in the attic instead of on the roof. The service provider apologized, as they had initially wanted to charge me for a roof job when they knew it could have been in the attic.

The guys came on time, work was very professional, they were extremely helpful and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely hire again.

Overall, took the tech a bit longer than scheduled (and priced), but he took his time and did it right. I realize that it is sometimes difficult to estimate a job simply by a phone report. He asked if I would be upset if he charged a bit more than what was quoted, but the price was still extremely reasonable. Very pleased with the company.

Went great. Tony is a great worker. I tell him what I need, he looks in the attic, we talk about the job, and he does it. Simple as that.

The guys were great. I thought the price a little high but the quality of his work was exceptional. The owner and his helper were very punctual, polite and friendly. They explained all the options in understandable language and completed the work quickly and neatly. I will call him and only him for these types of services in the future.

It went great! I called and an appointment was immediately scheduled at a time convenient to me. Scott called to verify the appointment and even asked if he could come early. He went through the entire house with me, and determined exactly what I wanted. He then proceeded to talk me out of spending more money than I needed to accomplish my goals. He gave me a quote, which I accepted immediately because it was very reasonable. He then got right to work. He explained everything to me. In several spots he had to modify his approach, but he came to me first and made sure I understood what he was doing. Cutting the walls generated dust and trash. He cleaned up everything. He then tested each connection and made sure everything was working. When he left I was totally satisfied!

The visit went great. They were right on time and performed the all work as promised.

I had a nightmare trying to get this project taken care of by other companies. I was even told that it could not be done. Attic rat came in and said that he could not only do it but can do it quickly. He was here 45 mins. and did a great job.

These guys are amazing. Every detail of what they did was absolutely the best. They gave a rough quote on the phone, followed it up with a visit to give a more detailed quote which was in line with their phone quote. They then did the installation, which they gave an estimate of time to hit (5 hours) and they finished exactly when they said they were going to. They cleaned up after themselves and showed my wife how to use the new set up. It is great to deal with such a professional group. Sean and Bob and Trey-thanks. We will be using you again.

Sean answered our call promptly, gave us a quote on the work,scheduled the work in a timely fashion and did it as promised. We are very satisfied with the quality of the sound and the service provided. We have had several minor technical problems which are simply our lack of experience which have been handled quickly and without charge. Would recommend this company highly.

Technician (Scott) telephoned in advance and started work immediately after analyzing symptoms. Problem located and repaired, without an attempt to oversell (which would have been easy in our circumstances).

Shaun gave me a written estimate before he began his work. He told me how long he would be in our home working and will set everything up and program my remote to operate the entire system. I learned a lot from his instructions on using the system at the end.

It was excellent. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. They were very clean.

Their professionalism and promptness of service was more than outstanding! They did what they said they would do, in a timely manner, and stood behind their installation 100%. Their rep. sat down with me and explained how to work the system, and left written instructions for me to use. This alone took over an hour. I called a couple of weeks later for a buzz that had developed in one speaker and the next day my rep. was there to replace a broken cable, and I only paid for the cable. I have called several times to ask question on operating my system, calls are returned promptly, and my confusion taken care of with a smile. I like that in a company!

Sean and Dan came to do the work and both were professional and highly competent. It was indeed a breath of fresh air to find a contractor both able and eager to do a great job. Sean offered assistance with a speaker issue I had and was able to provide me with valuable information on calibrating my home theater system as well. I cannot say enough about the pleasure of working with this company. I recommend them Highly.

They were extremely polite and helpful. They got all my components working and the stereo speakers throughout the house working. It took the guys all day, so I was glad I called them.

Attic Rat's contractor/installer, Bob C., was one of the most pleasant, thorough and meticulous people I have ever met. He worked non-stop for over four hours and really did a quality job for us. We're very pleased.

SEAN IS A HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE and VERY PATIENT INSTRUCTOR, HE SPENT A LONG TIME EDUCATING US ON THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. HE EVEN LEFT US WITH LONG WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS TO REFER TO LATER IF NEEDED.
