Had a need to have a cable installed to the front corner of my house for an exterior camera. Tech arrived on time and was very professional and quickly and very professionally installed the cable for exactly where needed. Quite obvious the text was very experienced. I am a retired (32 years) AT&T tech and manager with lots of cabling experience and it was installed perfectly! (Too old these days to do the work myself) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We couldn't be happier with Attic Rat, Inc. We needed a security system installed which required running 10 cat6 ethernet cables for cameras. We decided to wire the house with an additional 10 cat6 ethernet cables for regular network data as well. The surveillance system was up and recording, the speakers were installed, and the data lines were run in two days. Sean was very helpful in planning the project. He had ideas for improvements to the plan but was accepting of our decision to limit the first phase of our larger project. Robby and Jimmy were our installers. Very patient, very organized, overall just a very good team. During the two-day installation I peppered them with questions, ideas, and modifications; they handled it with the calm patient understanding you would expect to see from professionals you might watch on the better home improvement tv shows. The project was completed on time, on budget, and in a couple ways beyond my expectations. I recommend them highly.

Excellent! It was well worth the reasonable rate to have Robert come out and install a new TV antenna as well as ensure we had great reception for the local broadcasts. He even throughly checked all of our lines. He also came back a 2nd time no charge to make some adjustments to the antenna placement. We are thrilled with the service and we are saving a fortune compared to our previous cable bill.

From my first telephonic communication with Trey (Owner) and then with Robbie (A/V Tech), I was treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. Robbie arrived on-time and was very friendly, listened closely to my Home Stereo /AV System requests and patiently answered all my questions. He inspected my equipment, the physical structure of the rooms, then efficiently and effectively set-up all my Home Stereo/AV requirements and provided useful suggestions. He educated me (providing both Verbal & Written instructions) on the Systems, then watched intently as I reviewed and followed his directions. He made this experience a real pleasure and, the cost was very reasonable. I am now enjoying the results. Attic Rat Rocks!

Fantastic. This is the most impressed I have ever been with service work. Robbie who did the work is a fast worker, extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of wiring, cabling, and alarm systems. He did all the work in an hour or less and everything worked when he left. And they have a 1 year warranty and if there are any phone problems in that period they will fix it free. As a side note, Attic Rat has an A/V guy of equal caliber.

The project was carefully planned, accurately quoted, scheduled and delivered on time and on budget. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. Sean and his assistant did an excellent job working with our existing surround sound speakers, retaining our (old) CD player, and upgrading the amplifier, DVD player to BlueRay and Roku, along with the new 70" 4K TV. We also had him replace our outdoor speakers which are controlled with this system. He "cleaned up" the original wiring considerably, leaving a neat and well-organized stack of components. He thoroughly tested and calibrated all the components, making sure they all worked and were aligned. In addition, after completing the installation, Sean conducted a very professional training session for our family, carefully explaining to everyone the way to use the universal remote as well as the apps he had downloaded on our smart phones and tablets, making sure everyone was able to control the system on their own. In short, I would recommend Sean and Attic Rat without reservation.

I contacted this company to set up an appointment for installing 4 network drops and finishing running of security wires. My husband has already run the camera wires into the attic and hung the camera's. We need the wires run to the camera location and connected to the camera wires. While we were having this done we wanted to run network cables to have our computers and cable boxes connected directly to the internet instead of by wifi. First of all his quote is 400-450 more than the 3 other companies I have contacted. Second of all I asked for an actual appointment because his quote was a rough estimate and when he arrived on the job he would give me a "firm number". Being a military family and a business owner I don't like surprise increases. He stated that he would do a site visit but it was going to cost me 55.00 because all good companies work their initial consult into their pricing. I do not charge my clients an initial consultation fee, I don't recoup the time in my estimate, I also don't charge the clients that decide to use a different company. This guy was cocky and obviously didn't care about customer service.
