AFFORDABLE CONTRACTING is a top notch A+ renovating company! They installed a new kitchen for us and replaced the flooring in the kitchen, foyer, and pool bath. The transformation is spectacular. The efforts to keep our home as clean as possible throughout the renovation process were detailed and greatly appreciated. The Nobles employ courteous contractors of superior quality, superior skill and trusted integrity. Each and every detail was to perfection. Bill, one of the owners and Shelby, the Design Coordinator, worked tirelessly to bring our vision to reality. Jenn, the other owner assisted with design and the billing process. The pricing was fair, reasonable and affordable. Shelby’s vision and expertise for incorporating our taste into a beautiful cabinets, countertops and floor design was extraordinary. Her color matching/coordination are on point. Bill Nobles was present at the design meetings with solid advice for construction and design. We never felt rushed! The beauty of our renovation was worth every single dollar. The few minor concerns/touchups we had were addressed completely and promptly. The renovation was 100% on time. Affordable Contracting is a small family business with a big heart, an exceptional work ethic and sincere desire to meet and exceed your expectations. We would highly recommend their employ and services.

Jen helped us pick out the perfect floors to compliment our interior paint and was a pleasure to work with. We went with the Luxury Vinyl planks and could not be happier. Bill and his crew were clean and careful with details. A top notch crew that I look forward to hiring again to redo our kitchen.

I can’t begin to tell you how amazing this company is. I found them on Angies List and within 30 minutes, I received a response from Bill Nobles, the owner. He arranged to come to our home the next day. He measured and then suggested we go to their showroom and look at samples. That’s where we met Jen! She’s amazing. We were going to go with laminate, however, when I saw the porcelain tile, I knew that was it! Jen even said that I just lit up. Lol. We had to put off installation due to traveling, however, when we came back, we had it installed right away. In comes Fred, our installer. Can I say AMAZING!!!! He was completely done in three days (by himself) and it is perfection. I rarely give excellent reviews because there is always something that goes wrong. This was one of the best projects I’ve ever had done in my home. Dependable, friendly, knowledgeable and above all, professional. I’m now looking to have a kitchen upgrade. I trust Affordable Contracting and know you will NOT be disappointed! Don’t second guess them.

The work Bill Nobles at Affordable Contracting completed for me was comprised of cleaning up another contractors "mess" and finishing the project.
