excellent company. called and got a return call immediately.. set up the appointment and Jim came out and checked my dryer and fixed the loud noise coming from the dryer. Very professional company . I would highly recommend

due to deterioration was advised to get a new one. tech, Kevin, showed me the underneath of the dishwasher and there was leakage, rust, etc. He answered questions as to what to look for in the purchase of a new dishwasher, i.e. options, amps, arms, food drain cleaning, etc. Kevin was delayed for the appointment, but I was called early and he showed at the approximate time I was given. I would definitely call again due to the professionalism I was shown.

Found out the heating element was broken....broken as in, it was in two pieces. A Arnies responded quickly, and when the technician came out, he was here on time (and he was very nice). The part had to be ordered but it came fast, and when I made the appointment for the part to be installed, the technicnian was again, on time. The cost was extremely reasonable. I would definitely hire this company again.

Went great. Kevin was on time and was polite and professional and did a great job, we were very impressed and happy with his service. When he was finished repairing the fridge, the water dispenser wouldn't work so he checked everything again and then unplugged it and rebooted the fridge and it worked perfectly again! Kevin did an awesome job!, very honest!

Wonderful experience! Kevin came to my house on time and was so efficient. He diagnosed the problem within the first 15 minutes. He had the part on the truck & he cleaned a much needed dryer vent. Very neat & clean. My washing machine was working within the hour. Thanks Kevin! Job well done!

It went great! I called Arnie's and they sent someone out right away. Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and even fixed an annoying second problem that I didn't ask him about because I didn't think it could be fixed. The ice maker replacement was approx. $180, then $50 extra for my leaking problem. I felt like this was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business!! Ask for Kevin - he was great!

They sent out Jim within 24 hrs and he only charged us a service call on his first visit. He came out 3 times, each time narrowing down the possibilities and finally replaced the cooling control. He stayed in communication with us and let us know what he recommended to keep the repairs reasonably priced and worked rapidly and efficiently. He even cleaned our equipment! We are very very happy and in the future, will only call AA Arnie's. Thank you for a reasonably priced rapid repair!

I called at 1:30 and by 2:30 my dishwasher was fixed

It didn't. I contacted another company.

Called and got reassurance technician would come Monday afternoon (as desired). He showed up on time & courteously put booties over his work shoes. I was a bit concerned when he said a new pump could cost $600 (thought he was going to go straight for the, 'you NEED new pump'. Found he was just letting me / us know worst case scenario. Disclosed that if he was able to flush whatever was (hopefully) obstructing, cost would be $95. He alerted me to open ventilation as the clog/ resulting water might smell up the house upon being flushed in to a shop vac contraption he'd brought in (again, courteous). He wasn't satisfied until he had flushed the line, seemingly twice, found a small shard of plate on which obstructions must've been hung up. After removing he took time to wait for dishwasher to run through two drain cycles to insure it was thoroughly draining (i.e. NOT a problem). He was in our home nearly an hour and was reassuring in his level of competence and ability to 'fix' rather than 'replace'. We've used this same kind / competent fellow back when we were renters and our fridge ice machine was laboring. I would look this fellow up for ANY appliance glitch . Think the 'deal' is that if you don't have the work done you pay $39(?) service call, if you do, he'll have already quoted the outsue THANK YOU!

Drain was clogged underneath and cleaned filter in back.

Our experience was great. We set up an appointment with Matt that met our time constraints, but we received a very pleasant surprise when he was able to come a day early. We had an even more pleasant surprise after Matt assessed the problem. He fixed our dryer for less than half of what we expected based on our experience with another local company.

The tech showed up right on time. He found the problem, had the parts necessary on his truck, made the needed repairs & cleaned up very nicely after he was done.

The service person thoroughly examined the washer, asked about the issue and explained that the problem was trying to do too small a load. He took time to describe why the washer needed a minimum size load and that no repair or parts needed. We began doing larger loads and the washer works fine.
