It went great!!
Description of Work: My oven wasn't working. The technician appropriately diagnosed the problem, the part was ordered and the repair was done - all in less than one week. Because I was so satisfied with their work, I had the technician install a new icemaker while he was there.

Description of Work: The door lock wouldn't automatically unlock, so my damp clothes were stuck in the washer. The service tech found that the latch mechanism was loose. He tightened that and also reseated the door gasket. He was here on time, and fixed the washer in record time. He was polite and professional, and cleaned up after himself. Great service. I would definitely call this company again for any appliance repair.

We are sorry your not happy with our service. However we cannot control the fact that your washing machine had a bad transmission leak. We are an honest company and if we feel the repair is not cost effective to make we let you know so that you are not putting money into something that may cause you farther problems down the road. We charged you a service call fee of $44.95 in which we always tell our customers before we even come to diagnose your appliance. Im confused as to why you are not happy with our service to a point that you would not use us again. I understand that its probably not the diagnosis you wanted to hear but that is not our fault that your machine had this problem and we came out and told you the diagnosis and no repair was made. As you can tell by our other ratings (A) from other customers we are a very honest and dependable company. If you feel you would like to make this repair against our advise please contact us and we will apply the service call you paid towards the repair .

I DECIDED TO KEEP IT IN THE SUN THE REST OF THE DAY, THEN I PUT IT BACK IN THE GARAGE AND RESTARTED IT THE NEXT DAY. IT WAS THOROUGHLY DRIED OUT AND WHEN I RESTARTED IT THE SAME THING HAPPENED; IT TRIPPED OFF THE GFI. THREE DAYS AFTER THE ARNIE'S REP SHOWED UP SEARS CAME AND HAD IT RUNNING WITHIN 20 MINS. AND IT HASN'T TRIPPED THE GFI.
Description of Work: FREEZER DOOR LEFT OPEN DURING THE NIGHT. I CLOSED THE DOOR IN THE MORNING AND FREEZER ATTEMPTED TO COOL DOWN FOOD AND STARTED TRIPPING OFF THE GFI IN THE LATE AFTERNOON. NEXT DAY ARNIE'S REP SAID FREEZER WAS GOOD EXCEPT THAT I HAD MOISTURE ON SOME WIRING & HE COULD DRY IT OUT FOR A HOURLY FEE.

I CALLED ARNIE AND HE SENT ONE OF HIS REPAIRMEN TO FIX MY WASHING MACHINE WITHIN TWO HOURS OF MY CALL. I WAS ABLE TO DO MY WASH THE SAME DAY! THE YOUNG MAN WHO CAME WAS ARNIE'S SON. HE HAD THE PART NEEDED TO FIX THE MACHINE ON HIS TRUCK. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUICK RESPONSE AND EFFICIENT SERVICE.
