Kevin arrived on time was very professional and did not waste any time diagnosing the problems - the one that was not working needed a part and was fixed it within 1/2 hour. The other fridge was stacked so full that the air flow was restricted so we rearranged everything and now its working fine. The price of the repair was very reasonable and I would definitely hire this company again and specifically ask for Kevin. He did an excellent job for us.

I called Better Homes Appliances and got an outrageous quote of $395 to repair my ice dispenser. Arnie's did it for $225 and fixed my washer for $144. Honest, reliable, just overall good experience. I will use them going forward for any appliance repair. Highly recommend.

The repairman offered me 2 solutions. I chose the less expensive option, with the full understanding this was a "band-aid" approach. I will use A Arnie's again if I replace the bad part completely. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Talked to the owner and described the problem to him. He delineated possible repair solutions. Repair tech arrived promptly and determined that the electrical connection was faulty. Advised contacting an electrician to resolve. We have called A Arnie previously and have always been happy with both the service and how quickly they have responded to resolve our issues.

Turned out the repair was more costly than buying a new machine. Glad he gave me good advice on replacement brands.

On the first visit he looked at the ice maker to see what the problem was and if he had the parts. Ordered the needed parts that day and said he would be back with the new parts once he received them and it would probably only be a couple days. First visit was on Tuesday and he returned on Friday with the new part and repaired our ice maker.$

They ordered the right filter holder, and had the correct filter. He had to install the holder slightly different than originally installed, due to the bypass reducing the length of the water lines. It took him some time, but he completed the job, and we have filtered water and ice now. They got the part promptly and installed promptly. Two visits, one to diagnose and one to install. Cost of service included $50 cost of filter.

Went well and discovered a secondary problem that they could not resolve. They made recommendations for how to fix it and I was satisfied. Punctual, professional, and clean.

The service representative came on time, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the safety thermal switch in a short time. I had also requested they clean the dryer vent pipe and was very pleased with the effort he made to get this done on a rainy day. After cleaning the vent pipe from inside the house he climbed on the roof in the rain to clean it from above. He definitely exceeded my expectations.

They called and gave us a time frame (same day) and then came when they said they would. A switch had to be changed out on the top door, which took maybe 20 minutes. The price seemed a bit high at $150. But then again I don’t really know just what the going rate is and what the part really cost. I guess good prompt help has to be paid for. I can’t say anything negative about the service performed and I would use them again.

Unfortunately, Arnie's does not repair my brand but Roy was very helpful in giving me advise on who to contact if i wanted to move forward with a repair and suggestions on quality replacements if I chose to purchase a new appliance instead. Would definitely call again in the future.

My Whirlpool washing machine broke over the New Year's Day holiday, when they were closed. I received a call the morning of January 2nd and was able to schedule a service call that same day. Service technician Jim was prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. The repair was done very quickly. and my machine is now working better than it has in years. The price was very reasonable and far cheaper than replacing it with an inferior machine - it's old but a very good large capacity model. They do not make machines like this anymore and I'm extremely relieved to be able to keep using it. I also appreciate the 1 year warranty on the repair.

Over the phone, they suggested things I could try myself. I was not successful, so I scheduled a visit. They came the next day and made adjustments to solve the problem. Totally understand why they have Angie's highest rating.

After Sears told me the configuration could not be improved, Arnie's tech changed it all around, added a new exhaust, new hose and made it all work in the space 1000% better! And the price was right! Having used Arnie's in the past (I was vacationing in Paris, my dryer broke down, I called Arnie's and they fixed it with a $20 part when I had thought I'd be shopping for a new dryer from Paris!), I had ever confidence in their professionalism and would trust them with any repair. This job only validated my belief that they are the best!
