After several failed attempts and two arguments with sears I called then at 3 pm on saturday thinking I would make an appointment the following saturday. He said he could be there in an hour and a half. He did run late but called to apologize Who does that anymore). He came fixed it within 15 minutes for one third the price searts was demanding. CAN'T BEAT THAT!!

The guy, who came out, was Roy and he was wonderful. My washing machine was not working properly. He was honest that it was not worth getting the machine fixed. His honesty impressed me a lot. I had him go to my daughter’s home recently. He was fantastic. He had so many good ideas about what needed to be done. He was very helpful. He charged me $120 for fixing the washing machine. He was responsive. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

they did it all right, as far as I'm concerned. They responded quickly, showed up when they said they would; were courteous, clean and knowledgeable. Took the dryer apart, found and fixed the problem, put it back together again, honored the coupon, and thanked me for my business, and were out within 45 minutes.

Prompt service, he arrived in 20 minutes after call. Once he arrived he surveyed the issue gave an estimate. Within 35 minutes the problem was solved, quick fix and under estimate!

They do a great job I am going to use them again. I have used him other times before this.

I walked into my kitchen and stepped into a puddle of water in front of my refrigerator (it is 21 years old) and I have been trying to keep it alive due to finances. I called Arnie's as I have used them in the past and was told that someone would be out within the hour. I put down towels to soak up the water, fully thinking that a trip to Lowe's or Home Depot was in the offing for me tonight as I would have to replace this old 'fridge. Roy was out to my house within less than 30 minutes, took one look at the 'fridge and told me that this was a "fixable" situation and I would not have to go shopping. He worked for approximately 45 minutes on the drain from the freezer and did cleanup and other stuff that I didn't see. I did not have to take anything out of the 'fridge but he did empty the freezer so that he could get to the area that he needed to work on. He was courteous, worked very neatly in my kitchen and cleaned up everything before he left. He even showed me the "icky" think that was causing my drain to clog which then caused the water to drain down the back of the 'fridge. I had put towels under the two drawers and along side the fridge to sop up the water and he assisted me in making sure that they were washed before he left. He even went so far as to help me return a cooler that my neighbors had lent me filled with ice in case I had to remove the food from the 'fridge in case it was beyond repair. This was not part of the job but shows how professional and complete the people at Arnie's are when they complete a job. As I stated in my previous comment about this service provider, they are very professional, on time, very cost effective, neat and clean and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs service on their appliances.

First I had an appointment time range of 10am- 12N -- I was pleasantly surprised when the gentleman arrived just after 10AM. I had tried to repair my squeaking clothes dryer myself (my mistake) and apparently did not put it back together properly as it started making a loud banging noise instead of the squeaking noise. The repairman 'reassembled' the dryer, made sure it was working properly and did not charge me for additional parts. He was courteous, neat, did not take any phone calls while performing the job and my dryer is working great. Could not ask for better service - would not hesitate to use this company again.

The dish washer is smarter than i am.... when it is out of risen agent it will not allow water in I did not know that. I feel that I recieved a great serve at a reasonable price.... I was not charged for parts or extra serves that were not need and we had a good laugh and I was not made to feel stupid . I will be using this company again!

Found Arnie's on AL. Called Arnie's and scheduled a visit that day. Workman arrived, went quickly about his business. He was polite and spoke well. When he was done he finished the job, which is actually big to me because a lot of people don't do the last 3-10% of the work. In this case that would include getting the fridge back in its perfect location and properly adjusting the feet to hold in in place.

Tech replaced replaced defective switch and checked the washer drain for any blockage. Tech was right on time, and very professional. Thank you. I'll be back.

I was actually pleased with this experience. Although I need to call a different company to get the machine repaired, the trust that I now have in this company is even more important to me.

He found a dead squirrel in there. He was very professional and had the right tools. He went right to work and cleaned it out. He was right on time. He was supposed to be there at 9 am and he was right there at 9 am. I got a ten percent discount because I had a coupon. I didn?t shop around for price.

They were really good. I would like to rate them high overall. This is the second time I have used them. The first time I used them was for my whirlpool washer that another company said would not even work on. They are very professional, on time, and I just can?t say enough about them. They are terrific. They are very reliable, prompt, and took care of the problem. I think their price was definitely fair. The first time they worked for us they gave us an Angie?s list discount as well.

I called Arnie's at 9:15 am and described my fridge problem. I was promised a service man between 12:00 and 2:00 that day. Matt, the serviceman from Arnie's,, was at my house at 12:30 pm. He found the faulty computer board, and had the replacement part on his truck. The fridge was fixed and running properly by 1:30 pm. He made sure the unit was cooling properly before he left my house. While here he also looked at my leaky washer (needs a valve) and my malfunctioning microwave. He promised to research the problems and call me back with an estimate -- which his office promptly did. I am EXTREMELY impressed with the professionalism, punctuality and expert service given by Arnie's. I will definitely use them again, highly recommend them to anyone. What a pleasant surprise in today's world to receive service and expertise like this for such a reasonable price! Thank you, Angie's List, for the information on Arnie's!

Excellent! Serviceman, Roy, arrived as scheduled, listened carefully as problem was explained. Confirmed problem and offered time to decide if wanted the repair or to replace since it was going to cost $300. I called the next day and then again to confirm part had been ordered. The part arrived when they said it would and was almost immediately installed. Some repairmen would have just cut and run, but he took the time to fully test the stove functions to assure that new control unit operated properly. Excellent job and thorough considerate repairman. One last thing, the cost of the part included the labor cost to diagnose, install and test when the initial service call was credited to the bill upon completion.

Went very well. Came out within a half hour and fixed the problem.

This was an EXCELLENT experience from the initial phone call to the end. Belt broke on dryer Friday evening, called Saturday morning & repairman was out same day at 1pm. The repairman, Roy, was extremely pleasant, knowledgable and helpful. While he was here, I asked about the washer seeming to be a little unstable. Turns out the aggitator wasn't working (and evidently hadn't been working for quite a long time), which wasn't evident to us. He repaired washer, cleaned it out and gave me some very helpful information regarding detergents, fabric softeners and cleaning. Everything was great & I'd highly recommend this company (and especially Roy!!!) to everyone. We'll definitely be calling them again in the future.

Problem of moving washer is solved.

I contacted A Arnie's based on reports on Angie's List. They came out promptly and diagnosed problem with my 1 1/2 yr old dishwasher. It wouldn't even come on. It needed a replacement part, some sort of thermal sensor. I also had never been able to locate a replacement light bulb for my microwave. They had to order the light bulb which took about a week to come in, but they came back the day the parts came in and repaired my dishwasher. It now works perfectly. They were also able to get the light bulb I needed, which only cost $3. I was very pleased and will use them again when something needs repair in one of my houses!
