It went perfectly from start to finish. Prompt, efficient, hard working, and tidy. I wish this company and crew could do all my home needs and repairs.

Work was performed as originally discussed with Gene and detailed in the estimate. The crew was polite and professional. They began working prepping/working immediately upon arrival and continued non stop until the job was complete. They continually took measures to ensure that there was no inadvertent damage to my or my neighbors property. When the job was complete not only did the trees look great but their cleanup was excellent. I will definitely use in the future!

It was a five star rating from beginning to end. The communication and responsiveness was greatly appreciated and the kindness and respect that I was treated with directly from the Owner was above and beyond my expectation. Everything was handled thoroughly and being located out of the area at the time made matters worse. Gene is a hero. If you need tree service call this company!!!

The men did a very professional job. A large crew arrived early in the morning and commenced work immediately, They had all the right equipment and finished the job in the early afternoon. Their clean-up was excellent, and they removed the stumps and all debris. I would like to add that it was fascinating to watch how they took down such huge trees. A crew member had to climb to the top of the largest tree as the bucket did not reach high enough. This is a very efficient, careful, and polite group of workers.

Gene, the owner of A-Absolute Tree Services, was very good to work with on the front side of the job. He responded to my initial call in a timely fashion. During his initial visit to assess the situation, he listened to what I wanted as well as provided suggestions he had. Upon initially talking with him, it quickly became apparent he is a man of integrity and runs a quality business. Although he encouraged me to get other estimates, I knew that he was who I wanted to do business with. Within 24 hours of the initial visit, Gene emailed an estimate to me that clearly stated what his crew would do and the cost. The arrival of the crew was like a SWAT team coming into the yard. All of a sudden from nowhere multiple trucks and crew appeared. It was not long before they all began their duties and, with the exception of stopping for lunch, continued to do their jobs throughout the remainder of the work day. Never once was anyone observed sitting around. Every aspect about removing the huge Rosewood tree in the front yard was well orchestrated and implemented. In the back yard, a branch from a neighboring tree than needed to come down from above the house and a small tree that were also removed. What is impressive is one of the owners stays with the crew throughout the day. A couple of times he checked in and conversed with me. Overall, I was very pleased with the cutting down of the tree and would definitely utilize the company again if there is ever another need. The one thing that caused me to not be totally pleased with the job was as quickly as they arrived, they departed in the same manner. Moreover, they did so without acknowledging they were finished or asking if I was pleased with the job. Due to the tree in the front yard being large, the ground-down area and its remaining mulch, which heaped into a notable pile, took over approximately a third of the yard. In addition, several pot holes remained in the yard from where the truck was anchored down. These areas as well as an area next to the courtyard wall were left as is. While I knew and appreciate that the mulch was going to be left for me to use, nothing was done to re-establish the yard and leave it as it was found. Again, this is my only concern.

We cannot say enough great things about the crew. They were fantastic and worked feverishly in the hot summer. They removed the oak tree, ground the stump and removed all the mulch and laid new sod the same day. The neighbors came out and were amazed at the great job they did. Over two months later, our lawn came in beautifully. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Fabulous, and they cleaned up everything. Plus they moved my job to the front of a 30 day backup because I have houseguests coming.

A Absolute Tree Services was a lifesaver for me when I had to deal with my elderly sister's tree damage from Hurricane Irma. I live 1,000 miles away, so it was a challenge. I was so lucky that my internet search brought me to Gene and his partner. Despite being overwhelmed by work, A Absolute's rep got to my sister's house in Palm Harbor the day I called. Along with their estimate sent later that day, they sent detailed photos of the damage (my first clue of the extent of the work needed). Compared to other estimates, A Absolute's was very fair. Reviews on Angie's list convinced me that this was the company to use. 2 days later Gene's crew arrived and completed the work, leaving a smooth area of dirt where there was once a large oak (see photo). The other trees were beautifully "elevated" (lower branches removed) and look much healthier. I couldn't have wished for better or quicker result. I would use A Absolute Services again in a heartbeat.

They were very nice, professional, licensed and fully insured which is absolutely essential, had references, ,and one or both of the two co-owners Gene or Brett were always nearby. Their equipment was all new and state-of-the-art, and their workmen were young, clean-cut, polite, hardworking and everyone did a great job. They went the extra-mile in that after two days of hot, dirty, potentially dangerous hard work, you can't even tell that they were here. Couldn't be happier.

Great!! When A Absolute Tree Service arrived, the manager reviewed my work request with me, reviewed the area, before starting the job. After work completed, asked me to look at the area to make sure completed to my satisfaction. All debris was hauled away. Property was left in good condition!! They did not accept the payment until I signed off on the request. All the employees were very professional and the job was completed in approximately two hours. I had tried since the end of May, 2017 to find a reliable company. Some just didn't show up!! Finally contacted a friend that recommended A Absolute Tree Service. Now they have a customer for life. Thanks for the great work and representation!!

The company, and particularly Gene the owner, proved to be very reliable and thorough.

This company did such an AWESOME job. All trees were taken down carefully and in a timely manner. The workers cleaned everything up and left the property looking very clean. Gene the owner kept communication with me throughput the process. Very dependable and professional company! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It was fantastic. Gene came out without 20 minutes of me calling on weekend to assess the damage and sent out someone to clear part of the tree so we could get our cars out and to brace the limb for safety. He then cleared Monday for the emergency and sent out a large team of guys that had the whole thing taken care of in 6 hours, causing no more damage and leaving my yard cleaner than it was even before the incident. Professional and courteous. Customer service was an A+. Would recommend to anyone.

Arrived on time, 7 workers including 2 "climbers". Had all the heavy equipment needed for the job - Bucket lift, very impressive stump grinder, large tree grabber/excavator truck, shredder etc... Both owners were on-site to start with 1 on-site the entire time. The cleanup process was great. Stump grinding was impressive and tedious with the stump directly up against the driveway. They were patient and careful; grinding took longer than expected but they stuck with it. Overall, they provided the exact service I hoped I would receive!
