I love a company who shows up when they say they will show up. Scott was not only on time, he was a little early. It is apparent that he appreciates your business by his professionalism and quality of work. I will definitely have him back next year. This company is a keeper.

Initially someone came out, but we were told "the outside guy" needed to come by and that he would leave an estimate on the front door. Needless to say, after 10 days, no one has been by and since we still have the issue, we will be looking for another company who follows through on their word.

Service is working great if I have any issue I have unlimited call back service throughout the year. Have had no issues with insects inside the home since the service.

Technician inspected area for active termites and treated areas thoroughly. He also treated entire house for prevention and put a warranty with a Bond.

Your Xterminators has been doing my once-a-year pest control for the past 2 years (third treatment). The interior and exterior of the house is treated to prevent bugs. Dan does a really thorough job. Asks if you have seen any bugs and treats accordingly. It had been 14 months since he had last sprayed and I had only seen a few spiders and one dead cockroach. Much better than the other 4 pest control services I've had over the years. All of whom came more frequently, but were still unable to prevent bugs. They make appointments rather than giving you a and quot;windowand quot; when they will be there and call if they are running late. It happened to rain right after he finished spraying the exterior, so a repeat treatment was scheduled. They will come back at any time during the year to retreat if needed, but that hasn't been necessary.

These are good people who do good work. It is a family owned company. They have fertilized my palm trees and shrubs for years. Their prices are very fair (especially for the palm trees) and the results are excellent. I terminated another supplier for the palm trees and shrubs who charged significantly more and delivered less. Your Xterminators' results were MUCH better at lower cost. They also do my shrubs, with good results. Every year, I say and quot;they never looked betterand quot;. I have had them do my interior and exterior pest control, as well. I recently moved the business to another supplier, but not through any shortcoming of Your Xterminators - rather the other supplier offered a service that Xterminators didn't. I found out later that Xterminators now offers that service and had I known it I would most likely have retained them. They do good work, are thorough and come back without complaint when retreatment is necessary. The thing I like most about Xterminators (aside from the quality of work and the fair pricing) is that they are very responsive and care about their customers and their results. These people definitely deserve consideration for pest control and lawn/palm tree fertilization services.
