Description of Work: I rented a townhouse and when I left the stole my deposit. I had the place professionally cleaned and the carpet done professionally and submitted the receipts they kept almost 700.00 from my deposit. The also. Said my home smelled like a cat. I didn't even own a cat. The charged me for light bulbs When I moved in we had to put light bulbs in every light fixture. They changed me 75.00 for a blind that cost 5.00 If you read comments on their Facebook page this is what they do to people. When I live there they never fixed the refrigator from day one. The dryer they made me buy with my own money They are thieves

Description of Work: This property management company is very unprofessional. They did not return phone calls, they never contacted me regarding the issues I brought to their attention at move in and they stated the carpet was cleaned before I moved in and it was obvious that it hadn't been. |When I contacted them about moving due to family issues, it was three weeks before they started to show the house to possible renters. They only started to bring people to see the house after I called and asked them what the status was. Apparently, the woman that I had talked to no longer worked there, and things fell through the cracks. |The house I rented had the original carpet which was ten years old and in very bad condition, the kitchen cabinets where peeling, and the toilet seats needed to be replaced. There wasn't an air filter in the ceiling intake vent when I moved in, but they charged me for one when I moved out. There was only one oven rack, which made it difficult to make a full meal for a holiday. |Rent from this company at your own risk.
