Veronika and Thomas are a lovely and personable young couple. They came and gave me an estimate which was exactly what they eventually charged and scheduled the window washing within about a week. We have a many windows including ones that extend about 12 feet up and they were able to do them. They brought their own ladder and equipment. I could not have asked for a more perfect job. They checked and rechecked each window to make sure they got every spot. The process involved removing screens where they existed and washing out tracks. They replaced the screens only after both the inside and outside of the windows were completed to ensure they did not miss any potential streaking, which incidentally, just didn't seem to occur. I will hire them again. They also do housekeeping and if their work is as conscientious as it is with window cleaning, they would be excellent! BTW, I only gave them a B rating for price because there are others who will do it for less, but given the quality, an A- might have been more appropriate.
