Description of Work: They do all of our home security. They are very easy to work with and very honest. They were recommended by the police in our area. Their prices are really reasonable. They are really wonderful!

Description of Work: My husband had only 3 days to ready our new house in Florida before he had to go back up North on business. He called Vector and was treated quite professionally. They sent out an electrician to wire up the security system the very next day. The cost was reasonable and the service was prompt and professional. We were quite pleased and would recommend them highly -- especially since they are local to Palm Beach, unlike many other security firms who are out of state.

 + -1 moreThe installation time was 8-9 am but I received a call the day before to change it to 12-2 pm. Not a problem since I was notified well in advance. They arrived at 1:30 and they started the installation right away. It was done quickly and professionally. This was a 6 months free opportunity because we had existing equipment. I've had to contact the office a couple of times regarding payment options and both times, the customer rep was pleasant and helpful.
Description of Work: Installed a new cell communicator, transformer, battery & CCT Board to existing system from another security company.

 + -1 moreThey were fine. We called them and they came out and gave us the run down. He even discouraged us from buying a more expensive service. He told us just what we needed and that was great. I would definitely rate them an A.
