+ -1 moreThe engagement with Superior Screen Concepts went terribly. We were referred to Dillon Prince and his company through another company who put it our floors who did a good job. So because this was a referral who knew Dillon well, we agreed to the quote and gave 50% down. We were given a date when this would happen. Sadly to say it did not happen nor did the 8 follow-up dates and times Dillon promised happen. We heard many excuses. Promises of discounts, offers of refund, etc. We finally asked for a refund which he agreed to give back. The refund also did not happen. I am sure we are not the first nor will we be the last. I would advise not to engage with this company.
