Patrick did excellent job. I would hire him again.

I use them weekly because I have a number of things. I use them continually. We have a number of properties. I use them all the time. They're extremely reasonable, and they always show up. That's why I use them. I use them all the time, I've been using them for years.

Mirror install took 3 hours (with my help) but was satisfactory. The next day, he started the painting project aroumd the pool. He put down 2 coats around the pool area and left. He did not return for 3 days despite assurances he would be "right over". We stayed at hiome on a Saturday after he said he would be on the job. Noon came and he was a no show. Contacted by phone he said he was just finishing up a job and would be there right away. When he finally showed at 3:30, we fired him. He is a one man shop and can't seem to juggle multiple jobs in a professional manner.

I could not have been happier. Patrick was professional, punctual, courteous and easy to deal with.

We started to set up our computer and printer in the armoire. We found that it was leaning because the rear legs had collapsed inward when it was moved. I jacked it up using books temporarily, but needed it fixed before Thanksgiving. I called Patrick and he came out. He found that the leg foundations would need to be redone entirely to fix the problem. He did so in a pretty ingenious manner and got everything taken care of. It took a while to do and it wasn't an easy job but it's definitely very strong now. I would definitely hire him for any handyman job beyond my capability. The price was very reasonable as well especially since he put in a full 4 hours of work.
