Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Please read this review in detail any home owners. I am an honest person and hoping this in detail review will educate others in a future purchase whether with this company or any others. I decided to finish off the kitchen and laundry area with matching tile this purchase, having Rob the owner come over and estimate the square footage was not a problem he showed up timely and did his estimate with me. I am finishing up another home I plan on putting on the market in a few months totaling around 1100 square that I asked him to do as well that Rob promptly accomplished later that week. After supplying half the payment for the kitchen and setting up a time for the existing tile removal, Rob mentioned the tile would be messy. That is all that was said is it is messy, I figured messy is maybe designated to the kitchen, covering countertops ect. Nothing about how messy this would be was communicated. As a customer I thought I'm paying for installation removal and cleanup, no... it was completely left out that it is the homeowner/customer job to prep for the tile removal. If that was even remotely communicated to me I would have no problem, that was not the case. I have an open floor plan I "assumed" the company would plastic off the kitchen area to keep filament from spreading to the entire house but that was my mistake. Nothing was covered, not even countertops in the kitchen, I have 1/4 inch thick filament dust spread from the kitchen to the entire house. Into every room including my 6yr olds room. It's on the walls in every nook and cranny of the entire house. This could of been completely avoided if I was given direction or communication as to the process and I would of plastic off the area myself. As you can assume I had about 30min of sleep as my wife would not stop complaining about how p*** poor this is. So the next morning when the company shows to lay the tile I politely explained the situation and asked if they could clean up and they stated no. With coffee in hand and a headache from no sleep and the wife mad all day I proceeded to head to the store and discuss this with Rob. I explained to him directly what had happened and he stated it's my "job" to prepare for this.... that's correct you read that right it's my job. A clueless homeowner paying a company to install tile is now my job to prepare for tile removal and that I should of know how "messy" this was gonna be. On top of that Rob got in a heated discussion with a customer trying to make peace and have this cleaned demanded I pay the other half now or he was going to pull his "guys" off the job. When I say this guys interpersonal skills lack I do mean they lack, my 6yr old has better manners than this man. Do better people do not do business here, there are far better people to deal with than to be put into this situation. Needless to say I'm not using them for the other house. I do hope this helps anyone looking for flooring help please find it elsewhere. Will update with photos before I find a way to clean all this up.

The wood floor in the bedroom went fine. The carpet in the family room is disappointing. Shortly after installation I called complaining about the seams. The owner and installer came out and I was told the seam will "blend in" after a while. Well almost a year later they haven't blended in. The "C" rating is due to good job on wood floor. The carpet alone is a "D"
