Description of Work: They replaced one of my heating and air conditioning systems. A representative presented a range of options for the replacement within a couple of days. The work was scheduled promptly. However, the first air handler they supplied didn't fit. An alternative that did fit was installed later the same day.

Description of Work: We have a condo in Flagler Beach in a salt air environment. Very h a/c equipment and everything else. The developer did not put in top of the line a/c units, but, Morello maintained and serviced our unit for 9 years, before it finally required replacement. They gave me a super fair price (yes, I shopped it) for a good quality replacement unit, and labor to install. I have a maint. agreement and extended warranty with Morello for the new unit. If I forget to call them for regular maintainence, they call me! They are relentless, which, as an out of town owner, I truly appreciate. We own and maintain a number of properties in many areas of Florida. Mike Morello's operation is by far, one of the very best.
