Alfred was very professional and knowledgeable and arrives on time when he says he will be here. He was helpful by explaining everything and answering all my questions. My home theatre receiver went out and instead of replacing the entire system, Alfred was able to replace the receiver, add a new DVD player and upgrade my TV for a reasonable price much, much less than replacing everything. He is an honest technician and I will definitely hire him again when I upgrade or need repair. I highly recommend him.

Alfred was fantastic. No only did he fix our computer issues in our home, but he listened closely to what my wife and I wished our system was like. He offered suggestions, and brought potential upgrades (white curved monitor, back-up drive) that he thought we might like. He never pressured us. His prices were barely above what Best Buy would charge for the equipment. He set everything up and thoroughly explained everything. His hourly rate includes all his knowledge and expertise. I could not have gotten a better deal anywhere. It has been about a month now, and we are still remarking how beautifully our computer works and appears.
