They have many, many positive ratings, so I will guess that they are probably usually pretty good. I gave them the first shot with a small table; got it back 10 days after promised, with several very noticeable dried epoxy bumps, and obvious specs of dirt/grit in the finish coat. At this stage of all the much worse pandemic problems, it was not even worth me wasting my time bitching about it.

The upholstery work was outstanding. However, the painted finish was way off color. He had to take it back to redo it and that delayed delivery by almost 2 weeks. The color & finish are still off but we’ll live with it. It’s close

Immediate response to my request, I sent pictures of the project and received a estimate over the phone. Work was done the next day. I’m very happy with the results.

After I got my little table back, re-finished, I hired them to do two other furniture repairs

We had an ottoman recovered. They did a nice job in a timely manner, however, Price was high and fabric samples were extremely limited. We were pressed for time so we went with what they had to offer. Overall we are happy with the finished product but would probably seek other options in the future

Max came to our home to quote the job. He brought fabric samples from which we made our choice. The work was done very quickly in a week. Max returned the upholstered chairs along with extra fabric. Beautiful work!

Very helpful and aware of my concerns

Outstanding â Old Schoolâ family business that is much needed and hard to find in Northeast Florida. They came to my home and picked up my large Wingback chair and returned in looking like new. They offered to bring fabric samples or I could find my own. No â high pressureâ and very accommodating.

Max is a true craftsman. My 90 year old mother and I were devastated when UPS trashed my grandmother s antique side tables. Max brought them back to life and they are just stunning. Brought happy tears to our eyes. Thank you Max. Highly recommend this company you won t be disappointed!!
