Max is awesome, very conscientious and careful. Did a great job on my patio cushions.

The quality of the refinished furniture was excellent. The two chairs I had repaired from the dog chewing on them came back like new. However, they gave me a date that the chairs would be finished and delivered to me. That date came and went and no phone call followed. A week went by and they called and said they would deliver the chairs that afternoon. We called them the day after the original date they said they would deliver the chairs and we left a voice mail. No one returned the call. This left us wondering what kind of an outfit did we just hire and give a deposit to? As it turned out, the chairs are beautifully refinished/repaired. The customer service could improve just by giving the customer a call with the status, since it was delayed.

We highly reccommend this company...the workmanship was excellent...because of the crisis it did take more time to deliver, but we were satisfied!

They were very punctual and conscientious...great to work with. I was extremely pleased. You will not be disappointed.

Max kept me in the loop on my chair recovering every step of the way. He respected my social distancing choices and took appropriate precautions for us. He sent pictures to verify the fabric choice and placement of the nail hardware to ensure my satisfaction. The chairs look amazing! My next project with be with Liberty!

Max was wonderful. Had a horrible burn mark on the top of a namebrand nightstand. Max was able to not only repair and restain but to even duplicate the paint stress marks. It looks like no damage ever existed. I could not be more satisfied.

Liberty did an outstanding job on restoring caning to an antique chair that I have had for decades. It was given to my great uncle in the 50s or 60s and was an antique at that time. It is beautiful and I am so happy to have it back. I could not get anyone to touch it. The only one I got a quote from was over four times as expensive and I would have had to take the chair almost 100 miles away and then pick it up. Liberty picked up and returned the chair to my home.

Hired to redo some seats and benches at my restaurant. Liberty was on time for the initial meeting, and once the job was given to them, the work was done ahead of our agreed time by days. Quality of the work was excellent. Would highly recommend, and should the need arise again, will definitely use again. Thanks guys.

They did good work but their pricing seemed high, and they could have done a better in communications with the customer.

The work performed was good but the customer service was not as good. Man came to assess repair of damaged dining room table and desk (by a recent move) and required a deposit promising to get back to us in 3-4 days. A week later I called him to find out where he was. He said he had the table leg repaired but hadn't gone to get the paint for the desk yet.( It was as if he forgot about it). He came the next day and fixed the desk satisfactorily. The price seemed a little high for the repair but at least it was done to our satisfaction.

Max is very knowledgeable and does a great job! Super professional and great customer service! Highly recommend!
