Vincent arrived for his first appointment on time as agreed. He examined the furniture to be repaired and quoted a reasonable price. He gave an estimate of 2 weeks for the repairs. He took the furniture with him that day and called me in about 8 days to advise that the items were ready for delivery. He arrived at the agreed time and returned the furniture in excellent condition, fully repaired.

I needed two D cable replaced in my recliners. He came with one and it was the wrong size. He tried to rig the one he had to make one recliner work but it didn't last but once. We called the company to purchase the correct cables but he could not explain to them what was needed, but this could have been the companies fault. Instead of finding me the correct cables, he asked me to drive to the showroom and purchase them. $75.00 fee and no repair.
