Killian's did the work in under 2 hours, it went smoothly on and look good. They did a okay job on cleaning up material not needed or cut. Word of caution be careful when walking on the grass, especially if you have dogs!.. when everything was said and done, I walked around my house and found a pocket full of metal screws. They did not pick up any screws they dropped, which could have been detrimental to your feet or to your loved pets if they walked on it or tried anything else..

The Killian’s are world class people. Their professionalism, organization skills and quality shows from beginning to end. I now see why they have a waiting list to get work performed- believe me it is well worth the wait. I’d recommend them to anyone and would certainly use them again. Thanks for a great job!

Excellent experience using this company! Seemed a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Very professional, punctual, quality workmanship, and an all around class act. Rosemarie provided us with a very competitive estimate and wonderful advice for new gutters. Shortly afterwards, the Killian techs arrived to make the installation. The foremen, Seth and Thomas, were like a precision drill team in guiding the techs to complete the job in less than two hours. The gentlemen were highly respectful and couldn't have been more professional to my wife and me.

From start to finish, Killians performed professionally. The project was completed within hours. I would recommend this company to everyone.

After having gutters installed I was cleaning off the roof and noticed that the gutter guard was not actually attached to the gutter by the original installers. It wasn't off by a little - it was not attached at all. They seemed to be more interested in getting it finished as quickly as possible rather than doing a good job. Called to alert them to deficiency and it was corrected, though it shouldn't have happened to begin with. Owner came out and was not pleased that I requested it to be corrected. Instead of ensuring the rest of the gutters were properly done all that was checked was where I indicated there were issues. The original installers did not clean up after themselves; I was finding debris in the bushes for a while after the installation. Cost way too much for the lack of care exhibited.

We were impressed immediately when the owner, Hans Killian, showed up to give us an estimate as he handed us a printout that showed his contractor's license number and insurance information. Hans and his installation team were all very professional. Installation began on time. Workmen worked rapidly and did a good job. They notified us of a roofing wood problem that would prevent them from completing the installation that day. However, it was 99% completed that day. Workman told us they would return and complete the gutter installation after roof repair was completed. Once the repair was accomplished by a roofing team, we notified Killian's office. The workmen came out an completed the gutter installation on 12/23/15.. We are very satisfied with their work.

Scheduled appointment with company. Hans arrived as scheduled and gave me recommendations for the projects and an estimate broken done into the gutters, gutter guard and screen. Installed on dates agreed upon. Installers were on time, friendly and efficient.

The install crew showed up on time and immediately went to work. They were completed in about 2 hours and after inspecting I found their work to be highly satisfactory. It amazes me that of all the local service providers we have used in Palm Coast, this company is one of the few that does exactly what it said it would do, when they said they would do it and not ask for payment until the homeowner is completely satisfied with the quality of work done. We would have no hesitation in recommending this contractor to family, friends and neighbors. They are A#1 in our opinion.

Killian's installed rain gutters on the home my wife and I just bought. We used them on our last home in 2012, and Hans, the owner gave us a great price, and his crew did the job on time, and very professionally.

Went great. I got 3 estimates and felt Killian was the best company. Actually they were a blessing because they found rotted wood under my roof that I wasn't aware of. They recommended various roofers for me. They followed up 2 weeks later (they called me) and we got it done. Easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

I found Killian's on Angie's List on 25 March and phoned their office to schedule a survey/estimate the same day. The appointment was set for 27 March in the afternoon. I received a call earlier than the scheduled appointment, since RoseMarie was in the area and inquired if the appointment could be pushed up. WONDERFUL!!!!!. Even if you do not need gutters or screens for your home, you need to just call just to meet RoseMarie. She was awesome! She measured my property and showed me a sample of the actual gutter in no time at all. She showed me a diagram depicting what the final installation would look like. The earliest installation date coincided with a planned trip. So I did what I had never done before.... pay 100% in advance and told RoseMarie that I would not be home, but, since the workers would not have to access anything other than the front of the house, we would stick with the earliest installation sate. Do you know what I found when I returned home???? IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! IT WAS PERFECT! THERE WAS NO TRASH!! BRING ON THE RAIN! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU KILLIAN'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .
