I will never shop at Home Depot again. They were extremely rude, and did nothing to help me. I am usually really easy to get along with, but I will never shop there again. I will go to Lowe's. I don't know if it is a management issue or what it is. Originally we were given one date for delivery, when we weren't called on that day, we didn't even call because it was too late. Then we were told it was on back order for 3 weeks, we were not told that upfront. When we asked when the next delivery date would be, they told us that we couldn't be given a back order date when we were given a date, so somebody was not telling us the truth. After we went and purchased from Lowe's and it was delivered and installed, someone from Home Depot called to say that they were delivering the washer and dryer that we said we weren't going to purchase. The date that they said they were going to deliver was not one we were given before.The people that we were talking to on phone and the people you have to talk to when you go into a big buck store were not good. The pricing was average. I am sure there are worse people out there, but they were pretty awful.

I like everything about their work. They did a super good work. The workers performed very good. It was May of last year. They came in June. They remodelled our shower and one bathroom and did the bathtub. The same workman did both bathroom and he knew what he was doing. They were running a 500 dollar coupon that we got through the mail and this was an incentive to use them. I would use them again in the future.

Home Depot's staff is knowledgeable and helps you quite a bit. They will offer suggestions on how to fix things or to do things. It's a good experience. Our overall experience was very good.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN ONE DAY. THERE WAS TWO WORKERS AND THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PERFORM THE JOB WITHIN 10 HOURS. OVERALL THE WORK WAS VERY GOOD.
