It went without a hitch...

David was great! I used their website to request service and provided my model numbers so he was very prepared, thorough and meticulous during his visit. He explained everything he was doing. Parts had to be ordered and that was done right away. He was back in 2 days to install. He was on time and respectful of my schedule which was very appreciated. Great service! Will definitely use again!!

Exceeded my expectations

Very well - David had prepared prior to the service visit, had the correct schematics and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He ordered the needed part and returned within two days to install the faulty board. I was very impressed with his service and will recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repairs.

I have never dealt with a repairman from any company that was so helpful and so honest..I will call this company from now on for any repairs I need ...the great thing is that they are local

Within a couple of hours David was at my home and inspecting my dishwasher. He would have had my unit fixed almost immediately but the last repair technician had walked off with my "tech sheet". David was able to research my unit and within 24 hours total, it had working better than it did before. No unnecessary costs due to ordering parts that were not needed. He was able to fix with just the tools that he had with him and a new tech sheet. I would gladly call him back for other repairs/appliances when needed!
