It went Excellently. Robbie arrived an hour after I called his company and gave me his full attention. He was meticulous in finding all the ant avenues into the house. He used three varieties of bug products depending on the area and sprayed thoroughly inside and out. Cost is typically $65 but Robbie honored the $15 Angie's List Coupon. I highly recommend Good Riddance to anyone needing pest control in the future. Signed, Happy Camper!

Great! Robbie is very personable, answers any questions you may have, and thorough. Love that there is no contract and comes out quarterly on a schedule. If needed in between time, I am instructed to call to retreat. Robbie is prompt on the appointment time and calls ahead if it seems to be off schedule. Highly recommend.

Everything was fine but I don't think I will use them again. I believe a yearly pest control is not a good value. I think they should come more then once a year. Especially living in Florida.

We couldn't be happier with how things have gone! In addition to the standard treatment, Good Riddance brought a special treatment for ticks as well. They even called us the following week to see how things were looking and scheduled a free follow up treatment, reminding us that we were still under warranty. My fiancé and I couldn't be happier and we are absolutely going to continue using them for annual pest control:)
Description of Work: My fiancé and I started noticing cockroaches for the first time this spring about the same time we noticed a major tick infestation in our neighborhood. It worked its way into our house and our poor puppies were covered in them. None of the foggers and sprays we'd tried ourselves seemed to work so we decided to give Good Riddance a try thanks so the good reviews we found on Angie's List. They called us within minutes to schedule and appointment

Description of Work: Came to my house and sprayed for bugs....Outside....Had a problem with Wasps...He took care of all that and more!! Did the whole house and garage....Very thorough and professional.... He would do the inside also but we opted to hold off on that for a few weeks as we are having painting done now....

I had scheduled an appointment and needed to change it to earlier. They were great and arrived right on time. Bruce explained he would spray inside and outside for the pest problem I was having. He explained every detail of the process and what chemicals he would be using. He was very professional and pleasant while completing the job. I would use them again if needed.

They were wonderful. I had just moved to Florida, I thought I had bedbug and they came all the way from Tampa and the guy was great; I didn't have bedbugs. He was very professional. He is very knowledgeable and allayed my fears.
