A prospective purchaser noticed mold in our attic so i contacted Flagler Mold Testing & Inspection The owner, Chris Licata, came out quickly, took several samples and said he didn't think it was a dangerous and was a small area. When the testes came back, he sent them to me and explained that it's a common type of mold that can be easily treated. The cost was minimal and Chris was very knowledgable about mold and made us feel better about the situation.

The testing performed by Chris, along with the work performed by “Ahold of Mold Environmental of Florida” seems to have taken care of the problem. I still need to have my duct work cleaned and inspected by the insurance adjuster.
