+ -1 moreContacted Mark March 4, 2024 to install 2 backlit address numbers. He said he would put us on the schedule. It is now 4/13/24. He doesn't respond to texts or calls. We've used him numerous times before but sadly can no longer rely on his word. This is definitely not the way to build a long term relationship with clients. Will not be using him in the future.

He performed the job efficiently and smoothly, and cleaned up afterwards. He asked about any other electrical issues that might need his attention while at our house. We thought his fee was very reasonable. We were quite pleased to have hired this vendor, and will definitely call him again for other electrical work.

Mr. Smith arrived AHEAD of time, and quickly determined that I needed a new switch , and not new wiring. He replaced the switch promptly. Mr. Smith was professional, courteous and pleasant. I will use him in the future for all my electrical needs.

+ 0 moreMark the electrician addressed all the items in my inspection report. Safety is my main concern and I wanted to make sure that everything noted by the inspector has been repaired. Mark was very professional and polite and got the job done.He does not waste anytime. He also hung a couple of chandeliers for me while on the job. His prices are very fair. I highly recommend him for any electrical job.
Description of Work: GFCI had to be repaired. I just moved into this house and the inspector informed me of items that had to be addressed.

+ -1 moreMark Smith was pleasant and courteous. He was able to schedule the installation within a day or so of my phone call. He arrived on time and the cost included assembling the fan, installing it and installing a second light fixture in another room. He was neat and very efficient. It would have taken much more time (to schedule) and would have been more expensive for the big box store where I bought them to install both. Happy with the price and service.
Description of Work: Assemble and install ceiling fan with light, and install an overhead light in another room.
