I was unable to connect with one owner (made appt... did not show//could not reach her after that/never returned my messages ) Other owner, (Omar) checked months later by phone to see if were pleased with service. I explained to him some of our concerns ... he came out ... Took THREE PAGES of notes of the problems that HE saw .. ..advised he would PERSONALLY do the repairs. He showed up ONCE & painted a two inch space @ the top of the garage door that had been missed... repainted some of the window framing & repairs to the front porch ..next day it rained .. NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN !!!! I have waited this long to rate this company, I wanted to give them every chance to make things right .

+ -1 moreCrew was working until completed. Great communication and finished job when promised. We had an issue with paint not covering area but the problem was resolved and we love the way the house looks post completed.
Description of Work: Cleaned and painted exterior of home. Cleaned all fencing in yard. Painted 12x14 shed. Cleaned and painted driveway.

+ -1 moreOmar and team did a great job. After coming in to do the estimate Omar related that he may have to get a machine to scrape the floor to take off the glue that was left over from the previous (old) indoor /outdoor carpet install. He told me that they would manually scrape and acid wash the floor and if that didn't work they would rent a machine at additional cost. His team did a great job and did not require the machine. The paint job was excellent. The walls and ceiling are all textured. They used a paint sprayer and brushes and exterior paint since there is no air conditioning in the garage. Looks great. The walls and ceiling took a day longer than planned due to weather. It was cool and raining when they started. The epoxy paint on the garage floor looks fantastic. We can walk in from the beach and go inside without black dirt from the garage floor on our feet. Omar was great at contact and messaging. His team arrived when they said they would (8 AM) and worked smart; giving the paint time to dry between coats and touch up. Omar did the final inspection and was tougher than I was in finding touch ups. I highly recommend Dr. Paint.
Description of Work: Painted garage ceiling and walls with exterior paint. Scraped and prepped garage floor. Applied multi part epoxy paint with flake and clear coat to garage floor.
