Description of Work: Charlie's Plumbing reviews were wonderful. I called their offices around 8:30 a.m. and left a message. They returned the call a few hours later. They were extremely nice, professional and were ready to help. The only problem: I didn't live in Flagler County. They are only licensed in Flagler County. I told them if they are licensed in Volusia County, please let me know.
